The property was a newer property. All the facilities had a modern twist and was very clean. The rooms had hardwood floors. The elevators were seamless in the ride. When we got to the room, our name was on the television welcoming us. There is breakfast, but I’m not sure if it is complementary or not.

My only issue ( and it’s a small one) the trash really piled up outside the hotel throughout the day and no one change the trashcan Piri. And that is the first impression you get when you pull up to the hotel. 

We came for a simple get away and we were not disappointed. The location was perfect and in a quiet area. I was amazed at how clean the outside entrance of the hotel was. A staff member was actually wiping down the outside trash can and greeted us. That was already a good sign. Checking in was fast and the front desk staff were friendly as well. The hotel room was clean and very modern. I love the fact the room floor did not have carpet. The king sized bed was comfy and clean. The body wash in the shower smelled amazing. Diagonal from the hotel is an area with restaurants and a grocery store which is perfect because it’s close.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel because it was a little pricey for what was offered, but that was no big deal since there were places to eat near by the hotel.

The entire property was very clean and beautiful. The conference room had plenty of room and the layout worked great

No complaints at all, only suggestion would be to have a small refrigerator in the conference room. They were so gracious to hold a cart for us in their kitchen refrigerator. The team exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful decor, extremely clean and great staff.

Fire alarm went off at 3am in the hotel. Woke us up and made going back to sleep difficult, especially since no explanation was given. Hotel should have stated a reason at the front desk or offered complimentary coffee or something.

I like the hotel it was really nice the staff were really nice when I talk to them and my room was really clean which was awesome.

The only things that I didn't like was that when I used the shampoo that they had it took all of the hair color out of my hair.

Hotel was clean, front desk manager nice. Request to connecting rooms was granted. Great location.

Other employees at front desk not friendly. No lights in pool or around pool during evening

The staff was awesome. Madeline worked with us when we had an emergency and helped us change who the name of the reservation was in so my daughter could come to her ball tournament.

Would have liked vending machine availability.

Everything was perfect from housekeeping, staff, facilities and amenities!!! I will be booking here again in the near future:)

Hotel was designed very nicely with guests comfort in mind. Staff were friendly and as always beds are comfy.

water pressure in shower was bad.

The girl in the bar was grumpy and I wish housekeeping came every day to clean.
