Quality Inn & Suites Apex-Holly Springs

Good room overall. Good shower pressure. Good airr conditioning. I was allowed to check in early.

My room was very far away from the wifi so it kept disconnecting from my phone. I don't feel like the beds are flipped or rotated very often because when I had to be in my room for a long time, there was an indentation of where I was laying. No information about breakfast was ever relayed to me so I missed it my first morning, and there was no information on how to contact the front desk from my room so if I needed something I'd be forced to manually walk down there to do it. I was forced to be in my room more than I would have liked due to circumstances beyond my control so half of these things most likely wouldn't have been a factor in my review.

Easy and free parking. Friendly and Welcoming Front Desk. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Free breakfast (simple but worked). Price was reasonable. Well-lit parking lot, so felt very safe. Black-out curtains, so well-lit parking lot didn't bother us.

I can't really think of anything. We were there one night for a commitment in the morning, so didn't spend much time there. I'm unsure that the staff could do anything about this, but there was a lot of noise in the hallway from others who were staying on our floor.

Breakfast was nice. The area is nice. The staff was nice. I liked that it had an ATM in the lobby. The room was comfortable. They kept the hotel very clean.

It was difficult to find, enter and exit the hotel. The bathroom door didn't shut properly. It was barn door style ... not good for privacy. There was wonky electrical stuff going on outside - it looked dangerous.

We have stayed here before and the central location is great. A quick hop onto a freeway is great, especially getting to RDU and it's only 15 min to our son's house or 25 min to my wife's favorite quilt/fabric shop in Cary, N.C.

Housekeeping every other day would suffice. We don't need the bed sheets changed and remade every day but new towels every other day and trash removal would be an improvement.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of items. Sausage biscuits, egge/cheese biscuits, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. And good coffee.

Location is terrible. You can't make a left out of the parking lot across 4 lanes of traffic. Very dangerous. The lights outside our window were so bright all night it was hard to fall asleep. The curtains didn't keep it out.

Clean, updated facility in a great location for our needs. A very friendly, helpful staff (“Props” to Andy and Kayla!). A good, hot breakfast with variety. We will return when we’re in the area.

Nothing, really. But don’t dare park in the adjacent church’s spaces! They threaten to tow your vehicle at your expense. It was quite comical.

The bed and pillows were excellent, the staff member that checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful (Ha’ani, I believe?! Can’t fully remember her name but she was lovely!) and we were really quite relieved to have a spot to stay for the night to recover from long travels.

The overall vibe of the hotel felt a bit rundown/scabby. Wasn’t expecting luxury, but it did look like it needed some sprucing up!

Very friendly staff, the room was clean, the breakfast was great.

Housekeeping does not come in daily to refresh the room, you have to go to the front desk when you need more towels. Which was not a big deal, the front desk staff was more than happy to help us get more towels.

Staff was great! Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast options. Had 2 rooms and they made sure to make them a joining which was great!

Room was a little outdated but nothing crazy. Getting in and out of hotel was a hassle bunch of u-turns but again the staff made it worth it.

Located ten inches from US 1 and Raleigh Apex Cary area. Staff were so friendly and helpful and kind! Room was good.

Nothing. Church next door seems super unfriendly with massive angry TOW SIGNS right next to hotel parking. That was weird.
