Comfort Suites Wilson - I - 95

Close to 95. Staff was really friendly & accommodating! Very clean except for a stain in the tub (see below). I hate when I walk in & room smells musty!!! This did not. 🙏🏼 🙌🏽 well decorated. Loved the country pics in the room. Area around hotel also clean. Didn’t stay for breakfast but it looked good. I prefer to stick to hotel chains I’m familiar with. I Know them to have cumfy beds which is huge when your exhausted.

Just a quick stop so didn’t use the tub, but there were 2 cracks, 1 in bathroom sink, the other I believe was the tub. Tub had a rust stain to the drain, probably from a small steady leak but stains grow over time so…. A quick fix with Bar Keepers Friend” to remediate. $180 was a little much to spend for a quick overnight but to stay, but I didn’t price the others that were around.

The hotel was extremely clean, bed comfortable, staff super friendly, and probably the most selection of hot breakfast than anywhere I've traveled to lately. The staff was very thoroughly cleaning kitchen area and stocking and was very friendly!

No fault of the hotel-but construction trucks parked on the side my room was on. Was surprised I could hear them so well from the fourth floor. The ice machine was outside my door which was unfortunate early morning. My biggest pet peeve was the gentleman next door who apparently was close to my headboard through the wall who kept clearing his throat every ten seconds until he fell asleep. Super thin walls. I could hear the conversation earlier. I just chose to get a room for rest and relax after a strenuous two weeks. Didnt happen as far as sleep, but again, not the hotels fault 😢❤️

I liked the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My associates & I left early in the morning & still enjoyed the complimentary breakfast because it was ready. Pretty good food, extremely fresh fruit. I requested 2 rooms next to each other and they accommodated without issue.

It kind of sucked that there were signs that said there were “vending & ice” at the end of each floor but when we got down there, there were no vending machines, only ice makers for drinks we couldn’t get and stacked up boxes for cups. I wasn’t made aware of any free Wi-Fi or the “snack/drink store” on the first level, We stumbled on it when we were leaving. I don’t mean to sound like I’m complaining, it wasn’t a bad place at all. I’ve toughed it out in far worse.

Everything!! My grandkids had fun in the pool!! The pool is just the perfect size, it felt cozy!! The suite was perfect for us, the kids also enjoyed the sofa bed and having the little fridge. The beds were quite comfortable and the linens were very nice. Breakfast was terrific too! Very nice staff also. I liked your other amenities - the little supermarket, gym and massages. I liked that the whole place was very clean. I would stay here again for sure!

Having a couple of juice selections for breakfast would have been nice.

I like that they have a mini living room/lounge which can be used as a place to unwind before going to bed. I also like the adjustable reading lamp placed in each corner -- I can read well and it is only focused on my side of the bed. And, they offer plenty of breakfast choices.

The bath tub needs some extra scrubbing. The hotel also lacks hanging bars for the used towels

The room was exceptionally clean, and very nice and comfortable. Love the extra space with the couch and easy chair. Beds were also comfortable.

The only suggestion I have is that the TV was difficult to see from the couch, I recommend switching the desk and dresser placement so the TV can be viewed from everywhere in the room.

Location and accommodation. Thanks for having a king bed when others did not. Close to the 1-95 was also a plus. Cleanliness and comfort also a plus, thanks for that. We came in late at night and you were able to accommodate us so thank you.

The breakfast was trash possibly because of Covid restrictions but honestly don't say you are serving breakfast when it is more like a snack than a meal. People depend on that when they pay for your hotel and should NOT have to go to the nearby cracker barrel to top up their bellies after eating a so-called hotel breakfast. Not cool.

We were told that we would get a refund of 10% for seniors, but the manager gave us a long drawn out statement, why he could not give it to us. Also upon checking out, we spoke to an older woman who was our clerk, we said good morning, but she never spoke back to us. Then she addressed us as girls. If she had greeted us, I would not have noticed any disrespect in the girl comment.

it was clean, the rooms were large which was perfect for this family of 4 to spread out and the breakfast was fantastic

the only issue was when we first arrived (which was after 11pm so I know staffing is scarce then) we waited for 15 mins to be checked in due to no one being at the front desk. when someone did come they were very pleasant and apologetic.

I love what ever mattresses and sheets Comfort Inn & Suites are using. We stayed at 3 different locations and each place was comfortable and extra soft sheets.

Of the 3 different locations we stayed, each had different choices for breakfast. We enjoyed the sausage and eggs, giving us the protein we need in our diets. Wilson location did have hard boiled eggs available, but people traveling need more than just making our own waffles and cold cereal.
