Small things to hotels or Big things to Customers like me , this time because they turn the Fridge down to almost zone ,we spent almost the entire night trying to get it to get cool. I take medicine that has to stay cold so luckily I bought ice packs. Why not turn the Fridge up before guest arrive. That's what we pay for. Great accommodations! You could get all great reviews from all guests if you could take care of the comfort we need

Location, fresh coffee, comfy beds,friendly staff(always happy to help at front desk & housekeeping),and very clean. Best for the price. Excellent pest control,never saw any bugs at all. Felt safe there. Floors were cleaned continually throughout our stay, and fresh clean smell throughout. I would recommend.

No heated pool(for Spring Break-which was one reason why we visited), the ceiling on first floor esthetics needed replacing(in hallway), in bathroom in room wallpaper pulled away, bathroom door handle covered in glitter nail polish, not sound proof in rooms(loud guests in hallways at night), the refrigerator smelled badly,although looked clean,same with microwave in room. Would be nice to have bigger parking lot,as U-Haul trucks or Ryder trucks taking up guest spaces(instead of parking at mall parking 20ft away).

The breakfast was amazing! They quite literally had a buffet of food-all choices. The sweet lady even offered to make someone turkey sausage that preferred that over regular. Extremely pleased. The front desk staff were so welcoming and kind, the rooms were very clean, and last but definitely not least a noon checkout is amazing!!! Being able to sleep in and actually get your self together before leaving instead of being pushed out the door. Will stay here again!!

Nothing, everything was exceptional. If you are someone that doesn't prefer a more firm mattress it may not be the most comfortable beds for you, but my husband was thrilled.

For the area I was visiting the location was great! The hotel is adjacent to the only shopping mall in the entire county of this small town. Very convenient if I needed anything while in town I could find most anything right there at the mall - either in the mall or adjacent. Nice movie theatre for entertainment - salons/barbers - a Dollar Tree , several fast food as well as restaurant options literally within walking distance if you are traveling without your own transportation. There is also a tasteful bar and grill that specializes in fabulous chicken wings and the famous Bridges Barbeque restaurant as seen on the Travel channel & Food Network presentations within walking distance. Those 2 dining spots as well as a large and well stocked Scotchman gas station are also walking distance - directly across Hwy 74 (the road right in front of your hotel) as well. Price could have been better considering the tiny town I was in and lack of any real steady touristry as well as it being a weeknight vs weekend and nowhere near a holiday. Overall though everything was good and I'd stay again. I would however have to be honest and say that if there would have been availability left at the Comfort Inn (next door/adjacent to the mall as well) then I would have stayed there as its super clean and usually about $20-$25 cheaper w/ no hidden fees!

The bed was great and the room was clean..that means alot to me! The staff we interacted with were great! As with alot of places they are short staffed but you wouldn't know it! They were on top of things from the front desk to housekeeping to the ladies doing the breakfast. Appreciate them all!

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything honestly but it is an older property and could use a lil refresh.

The staff were absolutely wonderful..friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was great! For the small nightly price, to get a hot breakfast of omelet, biscuits and bacon was exceptional.

The common areas could use new carpeting and the room more supportive pillows and slightly brighter lighting, but the good outweighed these things.

The Breakfast is always amazing and the bed was super comfy.

At first they were unable to find my reservation. I called Booking.com. I was on the phone when the clerk advised that my reservation was found. It was very frustrating. I requested extra pillows and none were provided. I asked for cookies and was told no. Kids were running and screaming up and down the hall at 2am for hours on end.

Breakfast was delicious, just what I needed every morning! Had a lot of great options from cereal to biscuits and gravy!! And they definitely changed their hot meal options daily which I appreciated so much!

It is a bit of an older hotel with 2 levels but it was still a great place to stay!

Breakfast was great. Saturday they had sausage, eggs, biscuits, waffles, oatmeal with multiple topping selections, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Sunday was biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles, oatmeal with toppings, ypgurt amd fresh fruit. It was great both days.

Pool was not open. And to tease us more, the pool was right outside our window.

It met my expectations. Hard to find, but once there, everything was good. Tired of driving all day, quiet room, slept well, left in the morning. We had been following the trail of the Revolutionary War.

It was a little hard to find. Up on a hill in a shopping center. Went right past it on a major highway. Had to make a U-Turn to get back to it.
