Holiday Inn Express - Gaffney, an IHG Hotel

Everything, excellent, staff, friendliest staff, great location very comfortable bed and pillows, super clean, very modern look and a quiet one stop. Since I was going thru a long trip I had ask for a quiet room and as I arrived late they still had all my request covered p covered under my room reservation. I also had an event from our main reservation in Tn and my best friend had a fall and we were headed back to our destination. The morning we were to leave and find a medical clinic, we had this kind young front desk came over, watching my friend struggling to walk and he decided to step up offer his shoulder so that she may recline as he help her all the way to the car. When I pulled the car closer to the door, I was really gratefully and amazed of this act of kindness. Thank you so so much… You make this world different.

Excellent customer service. The best I've seen. From the time we arrive until we departed the entire staff was professional and friendly. Other hotel staff could learn a lot from your facility..

I didn't like being awaken at 5:00 something in the morning by the fire alarm. Your alarm system is very sensitive. Even then the staff showed top knowledge in evacuation policies. Thanks guys for a job well done.

The breakfast was delicious. The selection of items varied from hot to cold choices. Also, the staff was amenable to preparing available items for you if it wasn’t already prepared. There was no bacon out and she asked if I wanted some and she went and cooked the bacon. I got a helpful tip regarding how to eliminate issues with my back when I checked in. I’m using the tip (Don’t put your wallet in your back pocket). My wife and I use Dove products and they had them available in the room. The only issue with our stay: we didn’t stay long enough. So, we’ll be returning soon, if the Lord Jesus the Christ allows.

Gaffney is my hometown and I could not believe that this exceptional hotel is there off of I-85. It was wonderful and the rooms were very spacious with a micro fridge. The staff were very courteous and the breakfast was great. I would definitely be back. I'm proud to be an IHG reward member.

I loved EVERYTHING, BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I WASN'T TOLD THAT $50 WOULD BE HELD UNTIL I CHECKED OUT. I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO KNOW THAT IN ADVANCE.

The location was not bad at all and breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will be back soon. Location is not far from college my son attend.

Nothing really stuck out that was wrong. Not much around but at least a store was walking distance. Now the items to purchase is a little pricey

The breakfast omelets, sausage were VERY over cooked. The housekeeping staff was rude. Upon moving around the halls, they wouldn't move to the side nor say excuse me. I was pushing my mom in a wheelchair and they wouldn't move! RUDE!!

Everytime I work this area I would love to stay here. Great Hotel and Staff. Very comfortable after 12/16 hr shifts on my feet as a nurse. I would recommend everyone stays here.

The breakfast was better than average. We liked that the coffee station was just outside the breakfast area (a walkthrough area with doors) and coffee was always accessible.

It was a clean environment for my family. Nice rooms.

Only thing o isn't like is that I haven't received my 50 dollar deposit back.

This hotel is incredible. It is convenient to shopping, the interstate and restaurants. It has a bathroom that is big enough for a bed.
