Everything about this little Inn was great. We stayed 5 nights comfortably! All office and housekeeping staff were eager to help and accommodate. It was clean and very well maintained… inside and out. The grounds are peaceful and inviting and the location is situated for safe walking to food and/or convenience shopping. The area of town is clean and feels safe.

I can’t really think of a thing I disliked about The Topsail Shores Inn. I did need my more-firm pillow from home - but that’s just me! Ha - I went next door and bought one. I didn’t ask the staff, but honestly? I should have checked w them! And there WAS a deodorizer that bothered me. But when I mentioned it, they EAGERLY discontinued it. The room/carpets were not old or in need of deodorizing anyway IMO… Everything was SO well cleaned and maintained. Their housekeeping staff WAS great.

Great location less than 5 minutes from the beach! Close to dining, shopping and had a decent sized pool. Complimentary coffee in the rooms was delicious. Didn't get to enjoy their mini grilling area but hope to do so when we go back.

It would be nice to be able to have our reusable water bottles or just water bottles by the pool but I get the risk of people bringing other stuff in. It's understandable they have a tight rule on it.

Late check-in went perfect. Never contacted staff face to face but phone and text communications were great. I pulled up, my room.keys and receipt were waiting for me. Walked into a clean and "fun" room with all the amenities I could need for resting my head for 2 nights. Bed was comfy. Towels were soft and not worn out. New appliances. Huge TV.

The hole that was cut into the counter top was not flush to the sink edge thus giving about a 1/16" gap next to the sink. Hahaha!!!

This hotel was so great! I don’t think i have ever stayed in a hotel that felt cleaner. Every day the staff came in and took our garbage, left fresh towels and even remade the bed. The outside is kept up just as well as the inside. The location is very convenient. Only 5 minutes from the beach and lots of shops and food right by the hotel. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

I absolutely love Topsail Shores Inn! My family and I have been staying there for years and now my boyfriend and I come every year for my birthday :) It is consistently wonderful, relaxing, clean and homey with so much local character. Thank y'all so much!!

My only criticism is that the pool was a little dirty towards the deeper end of the pool. Nothing terrible though! We still thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities.

This place was a one night rental while we waited for our airbnb to be ready. If we had known how adorable this place was, we would have booked it for our whole stay. It gives cape cod vibes on the outside, and the area is beautifully landscaped with flowers, bird feeders, grill, swing for the kids, as well as rockers outside each room. The inside is spotlessly clean and looks as though it was just totally remodeled. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the decor was lovely, they had a small fridge, microwave, and a kurig in the kitchen area that also had a sink which was really nice to have. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

There was nothing to not like, this place is great.

Topsail Shores Inn was the cleanest place my wife and I have ever stayed in. We've been traveling around for over 38 years. Usually you will see dust in the corner of the rooms, the HVAC unit is normally dirty looking and most of the time there's hair in the bathrooms. Not here! This place was as clean as it could be! That's more important to us than anything else!

I really can't think of anything. The room was really good for the price!

I loved the hospitality and the fact that they provide a text message when your room is ready so you can check in early! Also, the location! You can't beat the location, especially if you are traveling with kids! The pool is wonderful and well-kept. We loved the entire experience!

Parking in back got a little tight when the lot is full, but it is nothing to really complain about! I loved the stay!

Always super clean. Love having the small kitchenette, and they even add a few snacks and water for you! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

We always come a day early for our yearly family vacation and stay at Topsail Shores the night before. Our regular week for our condo always falls on a holiday weekend and so the price of our night at the motel goes up. We usually are late getting there and after driving all day, we go straight to bed. Just hate having to pay extra for only sleeping and not using any of the emenities

Room looked clean and neat on arrival. However, in looking for electrical plug, an empty bag of chips and soda cup were behind the nightstand. Daily the room appeared vacuumed, towels straightened and stocked. Beds did not appeared to be made, other than the way we had pulled the covers up in the morning. The hotel met our needs. It was pest free, fresh and quiet for the 4 nights we stayed. we would stay again. Thank you!
