Clarion Pointe Jacksonville near Camp Lejeune

I thoroughly enjoyed the decor of the lobby and my rm was very spacious clean and bright! The staff was friendly and welcoming.. I would and have recommended The Clarion Pointe to Others.. This hotel actually goes by a different name now.

How clean and spacious the rms and the lobby was. The breakfast area was very well maintained and clean. The lady in charge was friendly and kept the area clean..

Affordability.The friendly attentive staff.Close to shopping.The staff was very helpful,friendly and attentive.Breakfast was very good and had a lot to choose from.

The bathroom tub in our room was filthy.I actually went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to scrub the tub down and deep clean the shower head before I took my daughter a bath in the tub.We have pictures to backup our statement.The rest of the room was clean.

The property was clean and sleek. My husband and I noticed a grilling area outside. The location, from what we could tell, we safe enough and convenient to many restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable.!The breakfast was fantastic and offered a variety: waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins.

The air conditioning did not get as cold as we would have liked it.

It was nice and clean neat all the workers were nice pleasant to talk to enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was sensational

The only dislike was, I was put in a king size room that I wanted, but it was handicap. The only change I made from original schedule date was I dropped one day of arrival I guess there was just some confusion on the room, but all is well.

The property itself was nice and clean! Staff was super friendly and always ready to help! Bed was comfortable and our room was exceptionally clean! And very nice room! The Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had in my life! Tons of options and the people cooking were so nice! 100% will stay here again!

We had no issues everything was great!

I love love love that it has almost everything you can think of around the property. Grocery stores, Restaurants, pet stores, shoe store, clothing stores you name it.

The doors are too thin as I was going to my room I can hear the guest conversations through the door. Once I was in the room I couldn’t hear anything from the neighbors. However it did get me thinking if I’m having a conversation in my room people passing by can hear me.

Friendly staff, clean, and nice breakfast ( not fancy but good). We originally were staying for 2 nights but changed to 3. It is an hour away from places we wanted to visit North and South of here. Lots of food locations nearby.

Pool not open for 1st 2 nights. It was one reason we booked this hotel. Other than that is was great.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was amazing! Will definitely stay again!

We did have to kill 1 roach we seen, but was there 4 days and only seen 1. Which isn't bad. It wasn't dirty but it happens. And we stayed on the 3rd floor and it was super stuffy and hot in the hall ways and room.

Everything was very nice. Hotel was clean and smelled amazing, staff was very pleasant, breakfast was yummy, location is good and convenient. This is absolutely the best hotel or motel I've stayed at in Jacksonville and the only one I would book going forward.

I have no complaints, but an ice machine on each floor would be fabulous.

Spacious rooms and easy check in. Nice staff and tasty breakfast. Location was very good and big parking lot.

Poor water pressure and loud ventilation in the bathroom. The doors to the bathroom could not be shut properly. The pool was closed. No chair nor sofa in the room, so you could not sit anywhere.
