I didn’t like it that when we got there, I turned on the TV and it said it had a weak or no signal. My husband went downstairs to the desk. They came up about 20/25 minutes later they had to adjust it with this with another control they left at work. We left the room so I turned off the TV came back, turned it on weak or no signal had to call them again he came with his other TV control. Went to bed and in the morning I like to watch the weather before we go TV , weak or no signal. I hope no one ever gets that room again until they get that problem fixed. and being handicapped, it would’ve been nicer for the room to be closer to the elevator.

Our power went out in half of our room on the first night by some weird accident and the concierge Eric was so nice and helpful. He quickly helped us switch rooms and made sure that we were settled into our new room for the remainder of our stay. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and placing our kids stuffy’s on their bed.

I like the location of the hotel, breakfast was offered along with complimentary cookies for guest, there was multiple sets of towels and washcloths in the room for guest. There is shopping and eateries near by which is very convenient. Staff was very nice and the building was very clean.

I didn't like not being notified of the accidental fee of 100.00 before arrival for non residents. I think that 250.00 for an accidental fee for residents is a little high. The bed was very firm it could have been a little softer. Also the shower displayed signs of rust but wasn't discouraging.

I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the pool and gym. Staff was friendly

Was able to hear the road a little but it wasn’t to bad. Wish Breakfast had a hour longer on the weekends. Pancake machine was out of batter and no efforts to refill was made. Also a non pork meat option is pretty much standard at most hotels now but we could not find one here. All In All a Decent Breakfast but had better

We were give a wonderful king suite for a family of 5. kids each had their own bed which made it even better. breakfast was wonderful as well.

we had to change rooms 2x due to facility making an error on our booking. I requested a wheelchair accessible room and they did not have it booked that way on their end.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious everyday.

I asked about senior's rate once I arrived and my original booking rate was changed dramatically BUT only for one of the four days I stayed...I THOUGHT THE RATE WAS CHANGED FOR ALL FOUR DAYS!!! I didn't know this until later due to third party booking.

Very clean and easy parking. There is several places to eat around the area and the breakfast at the hotel was good.

The hotel is on a split street, so you have to go to a light and pull a turn to cross. During heavy traffic it was a little difficult.

Due to an unforeseen death in my family. We traveled to NC to stay at the Hampton. I had a king deluxe room it was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. The pool was very nice and relaxing. As a family we had a very great time. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was also very good. This was my third time traveling out of town and staying at the Hilton Inn Franchise and each time we had grab & go breakfast (due to COVID) I understand! They actually had the Continental breakfast, I was very happy that the pool was even open. The hotel staff was very nice & helpful in the checkout and checking-in process. They also give you fresh baked cookies in the evening (sooo yummy)

The rooms could have been a little bit cleaner. Noticed there was a candy wrapper on the floor behind the nightstand dresser. There was also some strands of hair in the tub. The toilet was very close to the floor, and for a 6’3 guy it was a bit uncomfortable lol. The fridge really didn’t work the first or second day being there. It started to kick in the night before I left.

everyone was very nice

the first day I was there I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned again because someone’s hair was stuck to the wall in the shower. I came back that evening and the hair was still in the shower.

Staff is very professional and friendly. They are always there to help make sure your stay is pleasant. Rooms are are big enough and smoke free.

I would have liked to have a tub, but shower was also okay. The dark curtains did not close tight and the light comes directly to your face when you are just trying to stay asleep.
