The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful and located well. All around a good stay.

I was bumped up to a room with two beds which was amazing and I appreciated everything you guys did to help us keep our reservation and be able to stay but the room we had ended up having roaches I killed 5 before I ever went to sleep I’m sorry if that is rude to point out but I just want you guys to be able to fix it before it becomes worse

The location of the room was behind the Waffle house which was a good because the lobby was undergoing renovations. The property has upgraded some of their rooms and it was nice for the weekend.

I didn't like that the suite building didn't have any security being it was so far from the main entrance to the hotel. I would have liked the doors to have key access during late nights. The pull out sofa was left at the front office and not in the room.

The staff was beyond helpful! Anytime I had an issue they were there to help put! Super awesome! Especially the you g lady who helped me get a room! I flew in from Japan and had some minor issues which she helped me solve. I apologies I don’t remember her name! Thank you everyone, I would stay every time I needed a hotel!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient and generally friendly.

Although they were "pet friendly", the pet fee was way to high. The front desk staff did adjust this fee for me but this should be stated up front.

Clean room. Had frig and microwave.

Pool closed, under some sort of construction in the common areas, first impressions appearance is dated.

The breakfast bar was nice. I loved the staff they were all so kind and nice

The Jetted Tub & Jacuzzi! The staff is wonderful! Eric was so nice and friendly! When I first got there it was a line but he moved in and out very quickly! Showed us our room and other areas of the motel if we needed them !

I enjoyed the location it was not far from my family members home who just returned to Ft Bragg from overseas deployment. The staff was excellent I believe her name was Angela was above and beyond to assist with issues we may have had. The room was clean and sanitized and comfortable.

I have no major complaints about my stay at this hotel. Our TV in the room would did not have a remote control and we were assisted by the staff in obtaining another remote control. Eventhough we told then no worries we would look at our iPads instead of TV besides we would not be in the rom much anyway. . But as i mentioned earlier Angela searched and found us a remote control.
