The hotel is not only aesthetically beautiful, but it is quiet, clean, and near restaurants, shopping and two major interstates. The staff there is friendly, and the rooms are clean. My friend and I are frequent visitors, and we consider it to be a soothing oasis from a long week of hard work.

It seems as though when a particular breakfast attendant is on duty, all we get is eggs -- no meat. Vegans or vegetarians, which I am not, would probably be happy with that choice, but I like meat with my breakfast meal.

This is a brand new hotel, so it is very clean and shiny. It is a comfortable but basic highway hotel. Free breakfast but any other food comes from a vending machine and there is no bar or much atmosphere. There are refrigerators and microwaves in all the rooms, and they are spacious and lovely. Very comfortable beds.

This may seem small, but get rid of the plastic cups in the rooms. It not a covid culture anymore. Not only is it a big waste in plastics, but the room is really nice. Put a couple of glasses there.

Hotel is new and you can tell. Large comfortable room and bathroom is great. Staff are excellent and friendly.

To call it breakfast is a joke. I typically stay at Hampton Inn and expect bacon, eggs etc when you talk about breakfast. This was the only disappointment during my stay.

Convenient to events attending in Statesville, NC; very nice facilities.

The first night we were there, someone above us played constant loud “music”. We had to call the front desk at 2:00am to ask that they please find the person(s) responsible and ask them to turn it down. Eventually the “music” was turned down, and we were able to sleep.

Breakfast was good. Would have liked some bacon instead of sausage both days but I know that is more difficult to prepare. Everything else was good.

I would have liked a more comfortable chair in the room. I had to sit up some during the night and the desk chair wasn't very comfortable.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice.

Customer service on pricing to switch stay from Sun-Mon to Sat-Sun could have been better. Picked wrong dates when booking. Did book thru third party but wanted to charge me over $60 than the original price and rooms were available. I can understand a change in price, but that was extreme. To me that’s price gouging. There is no reason a room should go from $116 to $179 just to change dates. Will think twice before staying there again.

I'm glad to see that they added meat to the breakfast menu, not just eggs or egg and cheese omelets. The room was clean and the staff was cordial.

Our visit was great. I can't think of anything else that would have made it better.

The room was clean and spacious. The toilet was very large. No bathtub, but a great walk-in shower. The breakfast area was large and comfortable. The TV in the room was large and it had a customized welcome message.

The breakfast offerings were a bit limited. Not many options for gluten-intolerant people.

The breakfast was sub-par. The bagels and English muffins were hard and felt old. Toast was not available. No fresh fruit to put on the waffle. Sausage and eggs were okay.

I enjoyed that the hotel was so nice neat & clean! I loved it! Overall, it is a very nice hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well, if I have to say what I did not like.I did not like the bed pillows! The pillows were a bit flat! 😢
