it was absolutely beautiful, great location

The description of the room said there was a claw foot soaking tub and bathrobes for 2, there was only a shower and no robes. Our room was right beside the supplies closet and laundry room, starting at 8 this morning that’s all you could hear was the staff outside of our door going in and out of supply room

the house is so grand and all rooms looked huge! our room had a lovely big bed and expensive furniture. huge tv! very comfy! loved the complimentary cookies and drinks in the lobby!

the design of the bathroom door lets alot of light in in the Palm room. also the steps in the bathroom were a bit dangerous

Overall a tastefully renovated inn with many nice features and touches. Some parts are still under renovation, however ignoring that, I would definitely stay again.

Both times the check in/out stand was empty due to small staff, but the electronic self locks made up for that.

Breakfast was delicious and presented elegantly! Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Property is beautiful and it was decorated for Christmas.

The mattress on our bed was somewhat uncomfortable. We were on 3rd floor which has 45 steps to top, hard on us at our age to carry luggage , but we were probably healthier when we left. The gentleman offered to help us with luggage. An elevator would be appreciated by older patrons, but I understand about aesthetics of the property. Next time I'll get room on 1st or 2nd floor.

Breakfast was outstanding. Shower was awesome. Staff are very helpful and accommodating

The biscuit was awful, but the rest of first days meal was very good. Chicken and waffles was excellent. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Location was excellent for going downtown.

Carpeting in the Oleander room was dreadful. Worn, dirty and had holes. Needs to be ripped up before renting this room again.

Location is amazing. You can walk to everything downtown. The hotel was recently remodeled and the bathroom in the Blue Heron room was amazing. I love the Grey Stone Inn!!

Staying at the Graystone was the highlight of our first visit to Wilmington! It gave us a real feel of the history of this charming and historic town! It felt like visiting family from the past! I'll be returning "home" on all future visits!! It's the best way to truly experience the essence of Wilmington![

The house was gorgeous. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the downtown, restaurants, and sights.

The B&B and staff were wonderful. The location perfect - walk to all the restaurants we had reservations. Breakfast was yummy. Very romantic. Would recommend to anyone.

The bed only had one pillow per person. I usually like to have two but this issue is on me. I am quite sure if I had asked for an additional pillow the staff would have immediately provided the additional pillow.
