The staff at this hotel was very friendly and so helpful no matter who you encountered. The location was pretty great too not to far to walk to places.

There was no fan in the bathroom. The shelving inside of the large shower was way to small to hold shampoos etc. Also in the shower there is no place to put your foot on for shaving purposes.

The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was very clean!!! Very nice accommodations with a variety of options. From check-in to check-out, our stay at hotel was very commendable.

I didn’t like that I didn’t have an omelette option for breakfast but that’s ok. I was able to settle for the waffles.

location near our planned event. the room was great especially the bathroom. the staff Mark and Cassidy were fabulous.

the parking is terrible. and although it’s not directly related to the hotel, on our 3 block walk to the Wilson center, each way we were s as approached by drug addicts begging for money. your city has a drug virus that needs to be cleaned up NOW !!!!

it was overpriced and there was a $25 per day valet charge… The only choice except for using a parking garage. There were empty lots all around!

The staff was excellent. Nick was my families favorite. We had a family death and the entire staff treated us like they cared and were there every step of the way. The banquet room we used they let us enjoy ourselves. I thank them and God bless the HAMPTON DOWNTOWN WILMINGTON❤

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Gym had both cardio machines and free weights allowing an excellent workout. Breakfast was good with hot and cold options and seating was readily available. Location allowed easy walking to restaurants, bars, sites and historic district.

Price for onsite parking was quite high, particularly as there was a public garage right across the street for a much smaller cost. Pool is too small for lap swimming - fine for recreation. The no-contact key system via the app was not functional during our entire stay. Signs and information on website for COVID-19 mask wearing requirements were confusing compared to actual onsite requirements.

The location. The size of the room. Most of the staff were very nice. They gave me towels and toilet paper when needed.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. One morning they ran out of omelets. They didn't have bananas every morning. The selection of cereal was limited.

Surprisingly, hotel has No self-parking, only $24 valet. The carpet in the room hasn't been vacuum-cleaned for a while

I must say the facilities were excellent… however the staff was absolutely amazing… all of them… wherever we were and we ran into staff they were lovely and friendly, they all made us feel very welcome and they all did their jobs with excellence in mind… There was one gentleman that stood out, Nick at the front desk. Wow what a great young man…. Please if you can please let his Mom know what an amazing job she did raising such a fine young man… He exudes customer care.. We have been in the customer service business for 42 years, this young man is a natural star…. Thanks again each and everyone of you..

The coffee needs to step up it’s game to meet up with the excellence of the hotel… it was way too weak.. you definitely need to serve proper coffee…🙏🤩

The Hampton is right next to the main downtown strip; great location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see downtown. The room was very clean & the staff were very friendly & gave us excellent recommendations. The breakfast was great; it had everything from waffles to eggs. I will definitely stay at the Hampton again.
