..Advertising pool and hottub... both are not working disappointing really looking forward to pool... quit advertising if you dont have them working

I have stayed here a few times. I like the location for it's close proximity to visit my family, plus there are a few restaurants and groceries near by. I appreciate that the rooms are comfortable and clean. I like having a mini fridge and microwave. Both are a nice convenience. Staff is always friendly and helpful when I have questions or need something extra.

The hallways could use a bit more attention with cleaning. The stairwells needed vacuuming and trash collection. The pool area is incredibly stuffy and hot. It could use some fans and or air conditioning

Our first stay in Microtel and we are happy. Glad I picked it!   Location is great. Hop away from the main highway,close proximity to gas stations,grocery store & restaurants. Not the biggest room but it is a good use of space with properly proportioned modern furnitures. First time  to see a room with bay window and we liked it.  Nice big windowswith the view of the town and open sky. Strong wifi. It has basic appliances- small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Well lighted. Bqthroom clean with free toiletries. Free parking and big lobby.

Room is bit small. No USB Port on nightstand. There is such a thing as too much mirror on the wall. Our room has wall mirrors on top of the beds. Carpet is sticky though the room smelled clean.

Never had breakfast, I like hot breakfasts not cold stuff to pancakes. Coffee was fine and the juice was nice and cold too. Staff was great at check in check out. I have stayed here many times and will likely stay here again.

The price is usually better, but with the state fair in town every hotel seems to jack to price up. Continental breakfast is not my idea of breakfast. I way rather have bacon, eggs, hash browns, toast..

Everything was as expected/advertised. Check in was simple and without any problem. We did by chance attempt to enter our room without success. Upon my return to the front desk we found out that the knob to the room was intended for a handicap room and the handle mechanism works in an opposing direction. The desk clerk had reported the matter without correction to this date. Otherwise, all went well.

Sound level.

It was small, but comfortable, clean and practical. Loved the window seat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and it was nice to be able to go down and have a snack or hot beverage in the evening.

Wifi was not very strong so there were some things we couldn’t do, like sending photos to family back in Canada. Also, the pancake machine wasn’t great.

I booked the room because it had a jacuzzi tub. I’m a vet with fibromyalgia and I needed a break from family, and from the pain of my arthritis and aches- which seem to worsen with weather conditions and/or anxiety.

When I called number too book I was told the hotel was full. Then I went online about 30 min later, and was able to secure a open room with jacuzzi. I’m glad I tried online, and don’t hold it against customer service. It could have come open in that time and the when was very polite. Probably a timing issue..

My stay was absolutely perfect!!! The room was a little small but it was very well appointed. The colors were beautiful and there was an almost luxurious feel about the entire space. The seat by the window was just lovely. The bed was super comfortable and the cleanliness was definitely white glove standard! I will 1000% be staying here again and appreciate the location, value, safety, cleanliness and friendly staff!

The rooms were nice and the staff was accommodating.

Breakfast could have used a few more options. It wouldnt keep me from staying there again though as I really do not need breakfast. Coffee was good enough and it was available all day. :)

If any improvements should be the breakfast we enjoy some kind of egg boiled or scrambled and also meat would be nice bacon or sausage .

Elevator doors very dirty and the outside door has been broken for over a week
