The hotel is very close to the Dakota Square mall. The room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles in addition to other options). There were real coffee mugs available for morning coffee instead of just paper cups. And the coffee was excellent! The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Very good value for the money.

There is no elevator but it is only five steps up to the second floor and the hotel staff carried our bags upstairs for us which was very helpful and much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs to sit on in the room rather than just one large armchair. Hotel is non-smoking but there was smoke smell near lower level ice machine.

The pool was nice and hot was great. Was able to swim late night anytime. Was very close to the mall. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was just ok.

The breakfast could of been better, only served eggs and sausages, waffles, bagels fruit. Could of use more options

Very affordable!! The staff was so helpful and nice! It was a perfect location for shopping and good food! The breakfast was excellent!! The beds were comfortable and bedding very clean. Everything worked😊

The rooms were a little dirty in the corners and the exhaust fan was mold covered. But other than that it was great!

Quiet place, good location. Clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are remodeling some rooms, but didn't bother us a bit.

The air conditioner cooled the room quickly, but made the room so humid the carpet felt wet and the doors stuck. They obviously changed the door locks because the old screw holes were visible. That's all I can come up with. Would recommend and stay there again.

1) 3 bulbs in bathroom burned out. Replaced by staff. 2) Heat lamp in bathroom did not work. 3) the AC system failed to work properly & was worked on twice.

It's located close to the major shopping mall and a number of restaurants, within walking distance. The room was nice and comfortable.

The room carpet was showing a bit of wear, and there was a hole in some drywall from a doorknob going through but that's pretty minor.

The coffee was good. The hot tub was hot. The bed was comfy. I will most likely stay here again. The front desk lady was very professional and very helpful. I also liked the pool. I appreciated the laundry room.

The laundry room had busted washers and dryers.

The breakfast was delicious good healthy choices. I needed immediate help and the front desk person was busy attending to customers so the kitchen staff helped solve my problem.. So a big thank you to the 2 kitchen staff 😁

It was clean, and nice looking and cheap price. The bang for your buck is exceptional. We were quite impressed. The cook Manny is incredible, super great cook and incredibly accommodating for our dietary needs. Thank you.

the fact that they are very understaffed and the front desk was very flustered because they were over booked. but even with what she was dealing with the front desk lady went out of her way to make our stay wonderful.
