Baymont by Wyndham Minot

I loved the staff. I was treated very well from the time I walked through the door. I checked in and any questions I had were answered respectfully and with enthusiasm. It was a clean facility inside and out. The pool was clean and orderly. The breakfast was top drawer and they made an extra set of eggs for the latecomers which I thought was an exceptional thing to do. I will be back and I intend to let my friends and co-workers know about this hotel.

Wish there was yogurt and in hot item eggs instead of French bread. Seems like French bread was soaked in butter. It seems like butter and bacon was the theme in this location. Not my family's preference. Coffee choice was good. Rest of the items were store bought and put in lunch room.

I also got charged $2 more than what was told at check in time instead of $62 inciting tax and everything to $64

Location was awesome

The room had a few issues we had to fix toilet to stop it from running cause handle was broke. Toilet paper roll just hanging on broken holder. Cereal in floor when we got to the room. Front desk staff during the day not around either out smoking or behind desk. At one point during the day 5 staff menembers out the front door smoking doesn’t look very good Night time young staff were awesome. They were very polite and always available for help.

The room was good size and quiet. Was pretty clean but felt like it was a rushed cleaning. Need to have clean mopping tools as it had a stale smell in bathroom. Great floor tiles easy care if done correctly. Good location for access to stores and restaurants.

Carpeted areas in hallways extremely soiled and breakfast area was unattended. It needed tables wiped down covered with food debris as other patrons used area previous to me. It only takes 5-10 minutes wash table surfaces with 4-5 tables. The juice machine was not functioning properly, spillage tray was full both mornings I had breakfast. Replenish plastic eating utensil. I had to search the cabinets to find them.

Like that the shower and toilet are separate from the sink. Lots of pillows. Bed so cozy.

Was the first day for the breakfast helper and she should have had someone to work with. Didnt know how to change channel on tv. Out of stock on oj, silverware, butter. Also had to call the desk because tv remote didnt work. Needed fresh batteries.

Breakfast was Great and I appreciate how hard the staff works! There is a shortage of laborers all over the USA and canada, so we realize how hard the staff works and the LONG stressful hours they must be working!

Pillows were a bit lumpy, but we adapted. Everything else was GREAT! Thanks again!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. Perfect central location. Clean, comfortable room. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I travel to Minot.

Nothing to dislike here.

Convenient location to other venue.

The property was fine, the staff was lacking in their abilities. After providing my reservation confirmation number I was still told I had none. Then insisted on a Fifty dollar upcharge to get one.

Breakfast was very good the hotel was easy to find and fairly close to shopping and eating

The carpet could have been a little cleaner the desk staff was friendly but not very helpful as to what to see and do.

Linens were very nice. Great property , and as with many can always use some extra love. My husband used pool and hot tub after our 7 hour drive and said it could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was not very good.
