This place is good for young families with children. The Waterpark is great for families and the fact that it is connected to the mall is wonderful for shoppers, especially for younger folks. Being of the grandparent generation, neither was an attraction for us. Our grandchildren were there, so it was the best place for us to stay at the time.

Noise and the food trash left in hallway by others staying there. It was a holiday weekend with families there for the weekend. Nothing to call the front desk about, but annoying just the same.

Staying at the Sleep Inn & Suites Conference Center and Water Park was perfect in every aspect. We were there for a back to school vacation. It is within just a few minutes of the zoo, the Discover Center, mini golf, and family-friendly parks, restaurants, and shopping. Being attached to the shopping mall was a huge plus! The staff was super friendly, and the facility was spotless! My grandchildren, daughter-in-law, and I loved our stay!

This was the best place we ever stayed at. Had Mall connected to it and a water park. We had free breakfast every morning. The staff was excellent. Anything we needed or wanted they did for us. Even gave us a free late check out since our plane didn’t leave until evening. Will never stay anywhere else again. They are my go to hotel from now on. Loved it.

Located connected to the mall. shopping was close by and food court in the mall we didn't have to drive anywhere.

people drinking alcohol in the pool area, and yet the staff told my wife she couldnt bring in her cup of coffee we were told no beverages allowed but yet other familys were allowed to bring in beverages.

love how it is attached to the mall it is so convenient, breakfast offered in the morning is a great way to start the morning, it is a safe location and being able to go straight from the mall to your room is great with the weather getting cooler

our room was not ready/ clean when we got there around check in time, with a baby who has been in the car for hours it was tricky to try to kill time but it worked out just fine, completely understand staffing issues right now and had to anger or frustration!

Location was excellent, plenty of things for the family to do within minutes. The water park was real nice for being older.

The room I received was a little out dated and needed some TLC, gap around the whole door where the light from the hallway came into the room, the showers seemed like showering in a pod and very strange. There were old crusty fries beside the bed and wall, on top of the mircowave was really dusty, the room smelled of an older hotel which wasn't bad after a can of sanitizer air freshener, The water park was nice but believe it could use some TLC the jets on the hot tub only a quarter of them worked, the fact that everything in the area closes super early on weekends is ridiculous.

Food was great when open but was late opening

The pool didn’t open on week days till 3 but was posted it opens at 9. The breakfast was posted open at 630 but food wasn’t ready till 8

Great location! Easy access to the mall. Loved having a waterpark and continental breakfast, plus a lounge/bar all right there. Friendly staff.

Pricey for two nights! Hot tub was SUPER hot with no bubbles again. That was disappointing.

Once we got there we could walk to everything we wanted to do!

Could be a little cleaner, beds were “eh” but other than that, we had a relaxing stay.

the water park was great for our grandsons. it was close to restaurants and shopping. the continental breakfast was good.

The rooms were okay, but there was never any clean ups of our room or replacements of supplies used. There were no towels available when I went to the water park.
