Location is close to everything! Food, gas, everything. Hampton Inn has become my go to for a clean comfortable stay no matter which location and this location did not disappoint . Rooms are clean and comfy. Even though we didn't use it, the pool was open as was the fitness center. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was hot. It would have been nice to have eggs without meat since I'm a vegetation but there were other choices I was able to eat.

It was very nice looking,modern, convenient, comfortable and clean. Our room was the same and even though it was not a suite, we had more than enough space to be comfortable. We had requested a room to accommodate my handicapped husband, and the bathroom was. spacious and well equipped with safety rails on all the tub walls and next to the toilet.

When I was checking in I asked the person checking us in, who did not go out of her way to be very welcoming, what would be the best entrance to get to our room since my husband was disabled and had to use a cane and was still in the car, she told me to use the front entrance to the elevators which was 1/2 way down the hall after parking on the side of the building where the handicap spots were. We only discovered the next morning when we were leaving there was a side door closer to the handicap spots and the elevator. The other item was the bathroom vent fan was not working.

The breakfast was very good alot of choices for me and my kids. The location is very nice close to the interstate and restaurant. The only disappointment i and the kids had was that the heater in the pool was not working I don't thinking the filters were working cause it was very dirty on the bottom and it looked like it was trying to turn green. It was very salty like ocean water to much chemicals. My kids still swam but I didn't let them for long even though that was are main reason for staying there.

Didnt like that your price was 160 then with tax was 170 then to pay with a card it ended up being 185 it was not worth the price.

We arrived later in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find that the pool and hot tub were still open! After a long day traveling, it was just the thing to smooth tired, cramped muscles. Breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles! The room was clean and the bed was very comfy.

Great place to stay. Super clean and spacious room. Location is close to everything and really convenient. Julian checked us in and he was fun, personable and checked us in quickly. Told us about the pool and fitness center availability. Really great value!

The hotel is perfect in every way - just off the highway, beautiful, spacious rooms, delightful staff (met us with cold water and snacks), large room, walk-in shower. We have decided we aren't staying anywhere except Hampton Inn and Suites when we travel by car.

Can't think of even one thing to improve.

We were traveling from Virginia Beach to Wisconsin. This was our halfway point after 10 hours of driving through West Virginia. I like the fact that it was clean. The staff was very helpful. They had coffee 24 hours which was great. Te room to eat in for breakfast was very spacious and comfortable. Our car was packed so tight from picking up our son in Virginia Beach that we could not unpack anything for the evening. They had complementary toothbrushes which made my day.

There was really nothing to my dislike at this location

Breakfast was great, there were many choices to pick from. Very clean and kept tables sanitized after they were used. Food was hot and service was always available if needed. Best hotel we have stayed at in this location and we have stayed at 3 others in Cambridge.

I stayed alone in Cambridge Ohio after traveling 14 hours to Ohio to pick up a border collie puppy I adopted. On the way back to Massachusetts I booke on line a Travellodge that took pets. I got there at 11:00 Pm after a 10 hour drive. The room at Econolodge was not only filthy... clear huge Garbage bag in the hallway and the room had a sticky floor and was dirty. I lifted the covers of the bed , snd a black bug hopped ... either a bedbug or s flea. I told the manager that I snd the puppy will sleep in the car. I didn’t feel safe sleeping in the car. At close to midnight I saw a sign up on a hill of Hampton Inn. I called them at the chance they had a room available. They had two rooms left snd said I can bring the puppy with an extra $50.00 charge for the puppy. I had a crate for him. I was so grateful to have a lovely safe room with my puppy for the night and began my journey home in the morning. The room was lovely and the whole hotel was lovely. I was so grateful to have a safe clean and beautiful room to stay in for the rest of the night as I started my journey home in the morning. I recommend The Hsmpton Inn yo everyone very highly.

All was wonderful.

Everything was super clean, breakfast was amazing. You just filled out a menu and they had it ready for whenever you wanted to pick it up. The pool had to be reserved for a half hour slot, which wish it could have been more but was only your family in there. So was just me and my wife in the pool and hot tub area only so was nice. Super spacious room and soft bed. And loved that this room actually had the black out shades to make the room nice and dark to sleep in

The bathroom was nice and spacious and loved the countertop but did wish the shower in general could be updated and a little bigger.
