I loved the personal touch! I jokingly asked for a photo of Jeff Goldblum to be by my bed and the staff accommodated hahaha My pets both enjoyed their stay as well and were welcomed and very comfortable! Wifi was super fast, got to catch up on House of Dragons. Breakfast looked good but I wasn’t hungry so didn’t have a chance to get anything.

I wish the pet floor was on the first floor to make going outside a little easier but it wasn’t so bad. I kept getting woken up by some sort of tornado siren? I would Google each time to see if a tornado watch or warning was in effect but there never was. No clue where it was coming from either!

Location relative to our destination was great. Somewhat noisy area though. Close to gas stations, convenience store and restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold options. And it was made ready earlier than usual to accommodate our group. Thank you so much!!

Staff was very nonchalant about us waiting to check in. 2 staff members were there. 2 computers but only 1 operational. Staff didn't explain that just discussed it loudly so we could hear them. There was someone there taking care of multiple check-ins. We waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. We were in a tight schedule and this caused some issues.

Great location. Great room. Great price. Located in zanesville so it's close to everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Also quiet considering we were there before Christmas and many were traveling. When we checked in around 9:00pm the night before Christmas Eve , I was told of local restaurants and that the local dennys diner offered a discount. I was told about the complimentary breakfast which included eggs, omelets, various meats, etc and was directed to the sign listing the menu as well as the breakfast location. This front desk angel also told me that if we needed coffee or tea that night that it was available. Then about 30 minutes after we settled in our room, she called to make sure everything in our room was ok. Room had everything we needed... sitting area, microwave, fridge, clean beds and bathroom, hair dryer, etc. Its nothing fancy but its comfortable and has what you need. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

comfort and cleanliness

i spoke to a lady that had our reservations all up in the air and wouldn't answer or comply with anything I asked. we went round and round and she had me so agitated. the next day spoke to someone different and she answered all my questions and didn't understand why the one before couldn't just do what I asked and why she told me my reservations were different than what they truly were

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, comfy beds, and friendly service. Would definitely recommend! Conveniently located near gas stations and restaurants, and only an hour away from West Virginia.

My only complaint would be that the pool looked like it needed to be cleaned. There were a few wads of chewed gum in the pool itself along with a couple unknown items. We stayed in the shallow end for the most part as a result.

Elizabeth Bruce, who greeted me at my arrival, made me feel very welcomed. More people need to be like her. Breakfast was outstanding-good was only a one night stay as I would of put on some pounds if I stayed longer. .beautiful room

Not their problem, but hate how hotels have small pillows instead of normal sizes these days

The first morning they had the egg and cheese omelettes, which were delicious! And many other breakfast choices, including fresh fruit. Yogurt, waffles, the usual fare.

The second morning they had scrambled eggs, which I was told comes in a bag already made. They were inedible, watery, terrible texture and taste. No amount of ketchup could salvage them. The lady working apologized, they were that bad! Being a diabetic, the only good protein that day was the sausage. I don't think I've ever had really good premade scrambled eggs, but these were exceptionally bad. Please reconsidered whatever company you are using.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot beat location immediately off 70 Hwy. Lots of ice in ice machine and can always get coffee and hot water in dining area. Appreciate the mask wearing mandate and social distancing.

This is a hotel used by contractors and construction workers. I don’t have a problem with that, but makes the hotel a bit “muddy” and crowded. A pet friendly hotel but no place to give the dog a walk. Just patches of ground for pets to go to restroom. We were on 3rd floor but first floor is better for pets to go in and outside quickly. Our microwave plate inside oven was wrong size making microwave unusable.

Convenient location for exploring central Ohio by motorcycle

There was a Denny's, a Wendy's and a convenience store within walking distance, but the area was not very pedestrian-friendly. Trying to cross the road at the 4-way stop was a little hairy

I didn't eat the breakfast because many weren't wearing masks and the food was buffet style. The location was just off the interstate which was perfect for us as we were just passing through.

We stayed at a Hampton Inn a week prior and due to covid they had all their breakfast items individually packaged or wrapped, even the eggs and sausage. I didn't like how the breakfast here was all out and exposed even though there were lids to open and dip out. It didn't help when people were coming down without masks to get their breakfast.
