At 11:15 a very loud noise started outside the Holiday Inn next store which my room faced. I called the front desk to ask what was going on and the overnight clerk went over there and found out it was a cleaning service doing their lobby carpeting. She called me back and informed me they would be finishing around 1:00am. I appreciated that service. Did not appreciate Holiday Inn.

It was in Eastgate and there was a ton nearby including shopping and places to eat. Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent and so sweet and helpful.
The only issue we had was the refrigerator wasn't on. We weren't sure if it didn't work or it wasn't plugged in. We didn't contact the hotel to report the issue but we were sure that they would have fixed it if we did.

The staff was accommodating and very friendly. We felt welcome. Breakfast was a treat with hot options and many other choices. The bed was comfortable as was the chair for reading. We were close to our family and shopping options. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff was all super nice, room was clean. I wish it would have been little cheaper but overall I would definitely stay again.
My only problem is shower didn't drain well,but not a big deal cause the shower head and water pressure were awesome!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We felt the hotel was secure in the evenings, which was nice.
Room had a slight odor. We didn't ask for a new room because it wasn't that bad and we got in late and didn't have time to switch rooms.

We stayed in 221 and we noticed the trim above the TV and the lights above the TV was falling and out didn't work.

We were greeted by the regional manager who was very attentive and courteous. He was on premise all weekend and he made us feel at home.
