Best Western Clermont

Loved the location - not too far from the airport, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Kroger, Starbucks, etc., just 5 mins away and easy parking. Front desk was efficient, super easy to check-in and the process took literally 2 mins. Polite, super professional and welcoming staff. Rates were good, much better than Downtown and it was quiet and felt homey. Have stayed here a few times now and this is my go-to place for Cincinnati. Room was clean, height of the bed was just right too - not too low. Fridge and microwave came in handy.

Could have had a few more towels in the bathroom though.

The beds were comfortable, although I wish they were queen rather than full sized. The breakfast was ample and a great value; lots of options like fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. Friendly staff. Convenient to the Highway, restaurants, gas, etc. Nice complimentary toiletries.

The tv didn’t work (I think there was a general problem with the service that night). We needed extra towels but had a hard time getting ahold of the front desk (there was only one guy working).

The breakfast was great, actually when I booked I messed the fact that you offered continental breakfast. I was good not to have to leave the premises for food. What impressed me too was the location, which wasn't far away from the city, but...the secenary I was able to walk around the hotel a few times even branched through the neighborhood.

Check the ironing boards. Make sure they haven't been broken. The one we had would not lock in place.

CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH, ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN, SATFF WAS NICE. I DIDNT GO TO BREAKFAST SO NO COMMENT THERE. NICE LOCATION RIGHT OFF HIGHWAY, AND NEAR RESTAURANT. I ATTENDED THE CINCINATTI MUSICFEST SO OF COURSE THEY JACKED THE PRICE WAAY UP FROM NORMAL, SO MY RATE WAS NOT FEASIBLE BUT FACILITY DID MEET MY NEEDS.

ROOM RATES AND STAFF WAS A LITTLE PUSHY WHEN IT CAME TO LATE CHECK OUT.

The staff at check in was pleasant and quick. The room was conveniently located to the parking. Room was clean. Room service came every morning. Property was quiet and in a good location.

Beds were a little too firm for my personal taste, but they weren't overly worn or dirty. Towels and linens had some stains on them, but they were freshly laundered, so they were clean. No big problems whatsoever.

I arrived in the middle of the night, and the staff present was so helpful, checked me in immediately, and she was super nice, professional and polite. The room I got was great, just that the heat wasn’t working, and in one call, the front desk got me a better room, and everything was working properly there. The room warmed up pretty quickly, beds, pillows and sheets were soft, everything was clean and the TV was big, had quite a few channels, lots of storage room, sockets everywhere and bathroom was fully stocked with towels. Location was great - right in the middle of a residential area, quiet and also just a 5 minute drive to the supermarket, Starbucks, etc.

We booked a room for five, including kids. The room was equipped with two beds and one sofabed. Those were clean, but the sofa bed wasn’t very confortable. The two bathrooms were clean but old. Overall, considering this price, the room was great. I liked the welcoming atmosphere of the front desk staff.

One of the two toilets was about to clog when we check into the room. The amenities (shampoo, lotions, etc) were not refilled well. We had to save them to make it work for all five family members. These issues will be something the hotel can improve immediately.

The room smelled new soon as I walked in. Not like paint but like construction. It was clean and it was perfect for what I needed. My daughter loved the swimming pool and the changing lights that were inside.

Haha…there was no toilet paper in my room. I used Kleenex for the first day because I was so busy I was there for a short time, I didn’t mind. Also, I didn’t wake up in time either day to even check out the breakfast so that was a bummer 🫤

They were very friendly and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The breakfast area was very big with lots of options and kept very clean.

Parking filled up fast, a box truck took up 4 or 5 spaces so I had to walk the length of the building with my cane to get to my room. I don't think the stuff could have done much but this was the only downside of our stay.

We liked the fact that the lights were on a timer so that if we fell asleep, they would not be on all night. Room service knocked politely and asked if we needed any fresh towels the 2nd day we were there.

We forgot to ask for a room on the first floor or with handicap access, so there was a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor - difficult for me with a cane. Unfortunately, the last night of our stay involved beetles showing up on the ceiling and chair; ugh!
