availability in Milford, right next to Walmart and shops, the breakfast was good (but not much variety day to day), indoor pool, lemon scented soaps in bathroom

There is not good signage for finding Tru behind Schumacher Homes. The front desk man was rather rude when we arrived as if we didn’t have a reservation because we got stuck in traffic and arrived later than expected. The hallway was dirty and took housekeeping all day to get cleaned. The listing did not show any pictures or mention about a pool. imagine the mixed feelings when we discovered the pool and had not packed swimsuits! also the area around the pool was standing water- not sure why it would not drain

We love this hotel chain. The room was very nice. We had a king size bed, and it was very comfortable! Nice size TV. Walk in shower. I like that they use reusable shampoo and soap dispensers. Refrigerator in the room. No microwave, but there is one at the front desk Very clean and colorful. The blackout curtains really work! We got in late from a concert and slept in. I knew it was getting late but it still seemed like night there was no sunlight coming in. It was very nice! This hotel had foosball tables in the lobby. They always have a great selection of snacks at the desk and it can be charged to the room. My husband is disabled and went down to the desk by himself in the middle of the night for some snacks and the employee was very helpful!! All the staff we interacted with were great!! There were a few restaurants nearby. Right off the bypass. Close to Riverbend Music Center. We definitely will stay at this chain again.

Was a little difficult to find, it is at the end of a dead end road and tucked behind some sample housing and it had just a small sign along the road. Once we found it, no problem getting to it though.

Just liked the ambiance. Very fresh, modern, colorful, clean, bright, welcoming. Comfortable bed, clean and fluffy bedding. GREAT shower! Great soaps and lotions.

Nothing you can do about traffic noise off of the freeway, but great job with windows for insulation, blackout blinds and decorative blinds. I actually love no carpeting, but maybe a throw rug or two to warm it up a bit. Washable and durable of course. Like Ruggables or something like that.

Rooms were modern ,bright and very clean .Staff was very friendly and helpful with and questions. Becca was in charge of breakfast over the top FANTASTIC service and TOP NOTCH with kindness and friendliness. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!! The owner was present ,professional and very nice 😀

The staff was very helpful when we asked where to eat dinner. The place was nice and clean.

The water in our shower was not even close to being hot. After one person took a shower, the second person has only luke warm water. Very disappointing on that aspect. The walls and floors are very thin, and the person above us was so loud. Just walking across his floor caused ours to echo.

The soap dispenser was empty in our room and we only had 2 towels. I also don’t like that they stop serving breakfast at 9! We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for a concert and didn’t get home until after midnight. My kids slept well past the breakfast deadline.

Very comfy bed and pillows, lobby was very modern, stylish. Nice breakfast options including sugar free options.

Room was very smell felt like a dorm room very cramped for 2 people. No where to put all our belongings. No microwave. Pool area was flooded. There was never any parking when we would return for an outing at night. We had to make up out own spots on the side of the building. Loud traffic noise

I wish the staff would dress a little more professionally. They were all very friendly and good at their jobs, but the dress code should be more appropriate.

Breakfast was good, hot and yummy! Room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Great smelling soap/shampoos/lotions, was a nice bonus to have them so accessible.

TERRIBLE signage. Myself and other teammates families drove around trying to find it, and eventually did when a kid spotted your 8x10 signage. You really need to think about better signage. Very disappointed that there were no toothbrushes in the whole building. Granted, I shouldn't have forgotten mine, but it's always reassuring when I know I can get one at the front desk.... except not here. The $50 deposit would have been great to have known about BEFORE booking the room. Just sprung it on us like it was no big deal. They say you get it back, but I've yet to see it back in my account. Will give another day or so and then I'll be making some phone calls.

We liked the foosball tables in the lobby and complimentary breakfast. There were plenty of hooks to hang stuff.

Shower soap and shampoo dispenser in shower was empty. Lobby door locks at at night. Hope your not late getting checked in.
