Hotel was very clean, pool was small but very nice, staff was nice. Would book again

If you or a teenager is a gamer and they bring a gaming console to plug into the tv, they don’t give you the actually TV remote, but instead just a remote for their cable box. This made it to where the TV input sources could not be changed, so instead you have to unplug the HDMI to their box to put in your own HDMI in the same spot. Definitely not a big deal though. Hotel was wonderful!

Breakfast was good, coffee was great, comfortable setting for folks to sit and eat while watching the news. Always enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn, no matter the location. Loved the gym, was able to keep up on my runs with the treadmills and work in some weights.

Need internet jack in the room to enable ethernet connection instead of relying totally on wireless. May have only been in my room, but the staff was most helpful and gave me access to the small conference room for work purposes. Very satisfied with the service and the location.

Great place to stay.

The restroom in the pool area has not been cleaned. The toilet wasn’t flushed - probably because it was a little hard to get it to flush properly. It wasn’t terribly bad, but it could have been cleaner - ie floor, toilet, sink. But, it served the purpose for my granddaughter. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Loved all the state of the art equipment. The key card was awesome. I have stayed at Walt Disney World and even they don't have anything like it. Very cool.

The bed could have been a bit softer, and I think I was supposed to have a safe in the room and to no avail could not find it. I even tried to look behind the painting on the wall.

Clean and updated, friendly staff, easy check in/out, great location and pet friendly (we didn’t use it this time but will bring our dog next time!)

On morning of checkout (before check out time) we’re unable to use our door keys for the side doors to the parking lot.

Very modern decor. Nice size king room. Front desk staff very helpful & friendly. Parking lot well lit. We liked the extra security of having to use the key card to get to our floor. Comfy bed. Plenty of fluffy towels.

Breakfast offering was pretty slim at 9am.

Beautiful facility, great breakfast and very kind staff. The location was great as well.

The bedspreads had crumbs on them and the sheet had a smudge on the corner that looked like maybe dirty hands changed them or they weren't changed.

New hotel with everything brand new, the room was very good , very clean and the location for us that was visiting Hocking Hills State Park was very convenient.

Around there are some options for restaurants, nothing much fancy but e enough to have a decent dinner.

Hilton brand. Convenient location.

Continental breakfast just OK. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The heavy cover over the top sheet was way too heavy. Tubs were dangerously slippery.

Th staff was very nice! The breakfast was fair.

The breakfast was not very good. The water in the shower was extremely hot... too hot. I like hot water, but it was a little too much.
