Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Columbus Airport East, an IHG Hotel

I like the complimentary soap and lotion.theyre what I use at home .the breakfast was really nice.that pancake maker thing was groovy. The customer service was great. The spa and pool were nicely sized. Check in and check out was easy . The location was surrounded by plenty of dining options.

I felt the room could have been cleaner. The shower floor had a dark hint to it .why didn't the bathroom have an exhaust fan? There was a piece of chip on the floor at the head of the bed. The microwave is not in a good spot .too high up and too close to the room door. Also out of sight from the room so when cooking it was easy to forget about. The air unit did not blow that great, it sucked. The pool had chunks of the tile falling apart and resting in the bottom of the pool floor .also the pool was warm and cloudy.not very much chlorine the parking space was very small.

Room was nice and the staff was friendly.

I checked in and went to our room. When we got to the room we could not get in but could hear someone inside.. We thought maybe someone was cleaning the room. When I went back to the lobby I asked when we could get in. I was then told someone was already staying in the room. We were promptly given a room but this was very embarrassing. The lady at the front desk said she didn't know someone was already in the room when we checked in. How could that happen?

Breakfast was the best we have had. Nice area.

Door of bathroom 119 was swollen from previous water damage I was left at the shuttle area at the airport for 1 hour. Airport security called the hotel and the shuttle was not available-so I took a taxi-the hotel paid for it. But there was lack of coordination to pick me up.

It was very clean and the women at the front desk were kind and friendly. We also loved the free breakfast.

The only thing I would change is to either have the bathroom counter and sink outside of the bathroom OR have a curtain/non-see-through glass door on the shower. No one could use the counter and sink while someone else was in the shower.

The location was great. The facility was clean. The breakfast was great.

The parking lot was weird because it was locked from surrounding businesses, etc. The fact that we had to pay extra for a 3lb dog. The first staff wasn't clean or very friendly, but the other staff we encountered was.

Perfect location for an early morning surgery at Mt. Carmel. Special rates for patients there. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the hospital and the rates. We will be staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites again. Clean, comfortable, with amenities and a good price.

The room was large and comfortable. The pillows were nice and soft, which I love. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower was refreshing. The pool was large and refreshing and the hot tub was warm and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kept the lobby and breakfast area incredibly clean.

The elevator was broken when we arrived - we had to carry all our luggage with 3 tired kids up to the 3rd floor. The hallway was super hot. Our bedroom was too hot at night and we couldn’t change the thermostat. There were no towels at the pool, something we weren’t informed of when we asked if the pool was open. We had to walk back to our room wet and dripping. The breakfast was just okay; the juice machine was out of order and there were no pancakes. We were charged $100 more than booking.com quoted us. I had to go back downstairs after my children were asleep to get an extra blanket because there were no linens for our pullout bed.

The breakfast was nice, eggs where a little weird. We did enjoy the layout of the suite we stayed in as well. Location also was a bonus. The room size and separate living area was a big bonus. Other wise overall cleanliness was nice.

Our fridge in our room was dirty. Stains on curtains and floor. The floor we stayed on smelled like Marijuana, which I know some people don’t mind but it’s not really something I enjoy smelling personally.

I thought the room was really nice. The decor was well done. Bathroom was awesome. Beds comfy.. seriously clean.

Out of anyones control but my son was disappointed the pancake maker wasn't working. Wish the pool would stay open for an hour or two longer with a 14 year old and up rule. ( The younger kids tend to run wild and parents don't watch them well. )

All the restaurants around the Hotel. Easy drive to the State Fair and Downtown.. Hotel Staff was Very Nice, Helpful and Knowledgeable.. Free Breakfast was good, lots of choices.. Bed was Big and Comfortable..Pool and Hot Tub was Clean and Big...
