We felt the breakfast was very generous offering, and the lobby and common areas were clean! Staff was friendly!

There weren't enough pillows for 4 guests (3 and a baby) we could've asked but didn't. Also bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

Room was very spacious, like that it had a privacy screen for people that wanted to sleep. The kitchenette was very nice

The room keys and digital room keys kept malfunctioning. I had to get several keys remade the 3 days I was there. My points weren't automatically added to my honors account and I was charged twice and it was not removed.

I love the 1 bedroom suites. I always look for these rooms, although limited, I will only book this spot. The larger space is great.

The construction of the building allows for a lot of outside noise into the rooms. I have stayed at several Home2suites and this is the same across the board. Needs better sound insulation. The mesh roll around chair always has a white color stain on the seat. This is noticeable at all locations I stayed. I'm assuming it could be body fluids. This stay they attempted to place me a regular room when I reserve a one bedroom suite stating it wasn't available. It was resolved after further discussion

I generally like the cleanliness and ambience of Home2Suites. The room and bathroom was up to standard. I like the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. One of the front desk employees was very professional and polite. I think her name was Janet (Ethiopian). She truly represents Home2Suites.

The second front desk employee was not polite and did not smile with guests. He appeared to be irritated every time I encountered him. I hurried down to get breakfast before 10am and he told me that they have already taken all the food back to the kitchen. He only gave me a muffin and a packaged omelette. I never asked him for his name.

Location was easily assessible to expressway and grocery store. Room size was very nice. It was a quiet and cozy experience. The convenience of a kitchenette with dishes, flatware, dishwasher, microwave and huge refrigerator gave it the extra nod for making it an exceptional stay.

The shower gel dispenser was empty and tissue box had only a few tissues in it. But I was able to get more tissues from the front desk clerk. Other than that, no improvements needed.

Breakfast was good. I was shocked they offered other meat options for folks like me who do not eat pork products. The grits were great! Room was bigger than what I was expecting. 2 queens with a living room area and kitchen. Fairly quiet and close to where I needed to be. HOT SHOWER...walk in shower was nice. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to cleaning the glass doors in the shower. Overall good stay.

Pillows need replacing immediately. Bathroom door didn't close all the way. Exhaust fan was useless. Full kitchen, but no stove :(

room was huge and spic and span. shower great for handicapped. doggie with us happy too. good breakfast and coffee@!

We booked 2 queen room but they had none available when we arrived. We ended up with a king and sofa couch

Everything was clean. Location was easy to find, near stores and restaurants. The staff were also polite from check in to check out.

Having to check out as that was the last leg of our vacation. Also not quite enough parking for handicap near the front door. However, that was easy enough to solve.

StaFf was great. Excellent customer service skills. The breakfast bar was excellent; a lot of choices.

Given the facility and amenities ('i.e., room, toiletries, bedding, etc.), the cost for the stay was pricey.
