Breakfast and daytime staff were very kind and courteous. Room was a great size and we were able to get extra blankets for my the couch.

While the Lobby area for breakfast was great, the late evening time period 10-11pm while my wife and I wanted time away from the sleeping children it was too loud to have a converation or play a game. TV was too loud as clerk was watching TV from the desk. We ended up going back to the room for quiet, but before we were ready for bed. The room had USB charging ports but they did not work.

The courtesy and understanding of the staff, the cleanliness overall,how spacious our room was. Even the complimentary breakfast was pretty awesome. Definitely would book here in the future

They're truly wasn't a single thing that I can say we did not like. The beds were comfortable the pillows were nice we enjoyed the pool the kids had a really good time I felt safe in the area we were in which is very important to me. Just was a really good experience for our first time:-)

We felt the breakfast was very generous offering, and the lobby and common areas were clean! Staff was friendly!

There weren't enough pillows for 4 guests (3 and a baby) we could've asked but didn't. Also bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

Room was very spacious, like that it had a privacy screen for people that wanted to sleep. The kitchenette was very nice

The room keys and digital room keys kept malfunctioning. I had to get several keys remade the 3 days I was there. My points weren't automatically added to my honors account and I was charged twice and it was not removed.

Very nice staff. Very clean facilities.

The only bad thing was the comfort.....Lack there of..... Of the Beds!!! Everything else was great but the beds were quite hard.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was huge and perfect for traveling with our kids, the pool was very nice and well maintained and we enjoyed the breakfast and coffee options.

We liked the size of the rooms

The hotel was clean, but it could have been cleaner in the hallways,elevators, pool area and outside of building.

I love the 1 bedroom suites. I always look for these rooms, although limited, I will only book this spot. The larger space is great.

The construction of the building allows for a lot of outside noise into the rooms. I have stayed at several Home2suites and this is the same across the board. Needs better sound insulation. The mesh roll around chair always has a white color stain on the seat. This is noticeable at all locations I stayed. I'm assuming it could be body fluids. This stay they attempted to place me a regular room when I reserve a one bedroom suite stating it wasn't available. It was resolved after further discussion

I generally like the cleanliness and ambience of Home2Suites. The room and bathroom was up to standard. I like the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. One of the front desk employees was very professional and polite. I think her name was Janet (Ethiopian). She truly represents Home2Suites.

The second front desk employee was not polite and did not smile with guests. He appeared to be irritated every time I encountered him. I hurried down to get breakfast before 10am and he told me that they have already taken all the food back to the kitchen. He only gave me a muffin and a packaged omelette. I never asked him for his name.

Location was easily assessible to expressway and grocery store. Room size was very nice. It was a quiet and cozy experience. The convenience of a kitchenette with dishes, flatware, dishwasher, microwave and huge refrigerator gave it the extra nod for making it an exceptional stay.

The shower gel dispenser was empty and tissue box had only a few tissues in it. But I was able to get more tissues from the front desk clerk. Other than that, no improvements needed.
