The staff was very helpful,I appreciated that they let us check in a little earlier than 3 without a charge.Although,the property was under renovation,it did not affect the stay.The pool still was open,the location was great and had shopping and eateries around. The breakfast was pretty good and had plenty of variety but the service by the breakfast clerks were even better.The african american lady was very personable and connected with my daughter. It was a pleasant stay for a getaway.

Nothing really but if I have to note something,I would say the fitness center could have used some work,one of the treadmills didn't work along with the bike,there were no towels but these were not deal breakers.I also noticed in our room that there were spots of some sort on the curtains and the office chair could have used being replaced but again none of these affected our stay

The facility was well maintained. It looked new. The rooms were spacey and comfy. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The breakfast was hot and fresh daily. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to print for free and the WiFi was a little choppy. It was a nice stay from downtown, about 13-15 minutes.

I didn’t like that the pool was inside and parking was tight. There were people hanging out in the back parking lot. Limited places to eat locally. The breakfast included turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Some of the eggs were over cooked and hard. Limited coffee creamer flavors.

The only issue was - after the fact late charge - 1 day after checkout to my credit card, which I had to contact and ask for invoice and explanation. and found out that I was charged for the early check-in. based on information that was sent to me 6 months before the visit. I still think that the charge and reminder is more fair and honest during the check-in and not a day after checkout, based on chat correspondence for general information 6 months before

When considering this property, I specifically needed information for a 3:45 AM shuttle- as to whether or not this would be a problem. Your site stated FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I didn't take it for granted, so I called the hotel. I advised my flight departed at 5 AM and that I would need a 3:45 AM shuttle to the airport. I was advised that it would not be a problem- so I confirmed my Booking.com reservation. Upon checking-in, I advised I needed the 3:45AM shuttle, and was told, "We don't offer shuttles on the weekends.' FUrIOUS!

Booking.com listed FREE SHUTTLE, Hotel Confirmed prior to booking. No Shuttle.

Absolutely everything from the staff to the breakfast served! Everyone was friendly and the place was so clean! If we were able we would have seen about extending our stay to enjoy it longer. We came to this hotel because it was close to the Ohio Stadium, and I was delighted to see that there were a lot of shopping and food options around the property.

The entry to the parking lot is easy to miss, but it was easy to get accustomed to.

comfortable bed and bedding. free breakfast not so great. stick with the yogurt and muffins. didn’t have time to use the pool or the shower. very quick Uber service and a $20 ride to the nationwide arena.

I shouldn’t complain because I only paid $100 for 2 Q beds but the smell of the over use of cleaning chemicals took some getting used to. not in my room thank goodness.

Loved the breakfast, nice pool, parking I could see from my room. Bed was comfy and the pillows were spot on. Mostly clean, but I'm a former cleaning tech, so I found some surfaces dusty. After dusting them myself and going for a swim I found the dust was back, so an air filter issue, not the team of cleaning folk! Relaxing and wonderful stay

No noticeable signage from the road, difficult to find. In room coffee lacked, not a fan of Keurig, two sugar packets not enough. I have mobility issues and my room was upstairs and all the way at the end of the hall...long walks

Nice, tidy, and with a small but comfortable vibe. I loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly/inviting. I enjoyed that our room was very clean and that we could use all of the amenities to our own leisure.

My only complaint is that the pool was freezing! — but I understand that they were doing renovations and were filling up the pool

it was very clean, staff were pleasant, good breakfast and close to many restaurants and stores.

we were told there was an airport shuttle however was not aware until after we checked in that the shuttle does not run on Sundays and combined the fee they charge to keep your vehicle plus having to pay for a taxi back to the hotel on Sunday we would have been better off leaving our vehicle at the airport or finding another hotel to stay at.

The staff was very good. The gentleman who checked us in was exceptional. He provided us with a room that was quiet since we had to get up at 3:00am. The shuttle driver was ready to go early and got us to the airport well on time. Also, in the morning a woman was able to find two apples and two bananas for us. Everyone seemed interested in making our stay as good as possible.

The parking lot is in poor condition.
