Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Columbus - Worthington

The hotel is conveniently located and had easy access to the Interstate. Even with the motel feel of the ground floor, it was quiet and felt safe. Parking lot was well lit. Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. It was nice to have a variety of pillows to choose from and helped for a good night's sleep. Great value for a very affordable price!

Our room had some damages that definitely could stand to be repaired, but nothing so significant that it was bothersome for a night's stay.

it was right off the highway and a perfect distance from the zoo

I asked for the quietest room available. As it was off season, I don’t think there was anyone around us. Unfortunately the room we were put in was right next to the main highway. So when the heater would turn off, which wasn’t supposed to in the mode we had it set at, all we could hear was the traffic. I had to ask for someone to fix the heater because part of it was coming off and the first night the rattling woke me at 5 am. They absolutely fixed the rattle but it still wouldn’t stay running. I’m a light sleeper and the continuous on max off all night kept we awake.

I like the idea of the TV being a large screen one. And lots of pillows to sleep with. I also found the feature of USB charger and plug as part of one of the nightstands.

I wasn’t fond of the floor not being carpeted. I also felt like the bathroom was antiquated the tub was old and water didn’t come out of the spout it only came from the shower. The surface of the tub felt rough and very worn and I would never sit on a wooden bench in the shower where other people may have sat before. This is not a feature that I felt comfortable with.

The room is clean.

The snow removal was lacking. The security doors didn't close due to snow & ice. I told the front desk . His answer was he wasn't the boss. The security lock on Room 136 was broken when I got there. I told front desk. I was there 5 days ,it never was fixed.I've been here before,it's a nice place but basic.

Staff were friendly, but also kept to themselves, which was nice. Great location. Quiet rooms. Mostly friendly and personable guests too! Conveniently located and priced!

The facility needs some slight maintenance and modernization upkeep. The cleanliness was very fair for the price. I honestly just believe they need a better quality maintenance man, to fix minor things. Air conditioning screens definitely needed cleaning!

I had never been to a Red Roof Inn Plus, only to the regular Red Roof Inn. From the moment you enter the room, you can see the differences. Rooms are a lot bigger and more equipped. Price was very good in this days of high inflation.

Some things in the room looked a little bit old, but they were all functional. All in all, I have no complaints about the hotel or the room.

I was a nice price considering every other hotel raised their rates for pride month. I was clean except for a few strands of women hair on the floor, and I'm assuming boogers where on the wall by the coffee machine. It's a good thing I had 2 queen beds to use all the pillows on the bed I slept on

I liked that we were given a ground floor as requested for our pets. We were given a room in back next to an easy area for our dogs to go potty. The staff that checked me in was very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was done in seconds which was very convienent after a 10 hour drive.

I wish there would have been paper towels in the room as well as extra bath towels and doggie bags for when our pets had to go outside.

Room was very clean and spacious. you did not hear the person in the room next door. Comfy beds, choice of pillows to sleep with and enough towels for all of us in the double Queen room (2 adults + 11 yr old). Was not that far of a drive from the Expo Ctr and worth the extra miles. we will be back next year or anytime we are coming through the area.

I like the fact that my room was clean, my bed slept awesome. The choices of soft or firm pillows were awesome as well. The fact that they allowed pets was at the top thank you

Could use just some sort of night light.
