Staff was nice. Glad we were given free water bottles at the reception. Breakfast was ok. Location was great, lots to do and good eateries.

Found a bra and lunchbox left behind in the room. There was a stained desk chair that needed to be taken out fully.

Had issue with room air-conditioning would not cool called front desk they immediately found another room for us. This was as professional staff as I have met in a long time. We love Home2suites ! Safe, clean and professional !!

Close to store and restaurants

We loved our spacious room, the kitchenette was supplied with more than most hotels including dish soap we used to wash bottles with! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy. The welcome snacks were a hit with my kids and the free waters all day were a nice bonus with kids. The breakfast was great and had so many choices!

It was convenient to Dayton Ohio. We had a funeral to attend. The room was spacious and clean.

The location wasn’t the best. When we arrived in the parking lot there was a police car with two officers standing at the rear of the building with guns drawn. We also had two families parked with tents and load music after midnight. I had to call the desk two times to get them to come and take care of the noise. We paid almost $200 for our nights stay.

1) pool we planned on using was closed for Maintenace. When booking it was something we looked for. 2) not the hotels fault.. But some idiot was playing loud music way after midnight....

The location was right in the heart of everything - lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities were nice and clean and more than we expected. The breakfast left us really surprised. There was a huge variety to choose from and everything was hot and delicious. We would definitely stay there again!

when I booked, when I noted I would have a dog--neither time was an additional price noted. When I was told there would be an additional charge--at check-in--I was not happy. I don't mind paying when I know ahead of time.

Accommodated my request for a ground floor room. I love when kitchenette rooms have all the utensils and dishes, versus the hotels that make you bring your own. Friendly staff ... the woman at the front desk even remembered me from a previous stay .... nice touch! Pet friendly and a very reasonable rate for pets to stay ... thank you!

I wish the housekeeper would have done a better job cleaning the floors. In numerous locations, I found hair from previous guests. At least it was only on the floor. The staff adhered to mask rules, but not all guests did and even a police officer that popped in to the lobby area was mask-less. As a nurse dealing with the onslaught of COVID patients, this behavior infuriates me!

Room was clean and large and bed was very comfortable.

The desk clerk was overwhelmed with 7 airline stewardesses, one irate business woman that she didn't have a room for and one man whose room was occupied by someone else. It was a mess. Finally she was able to help us but instead of my sister and I being assigned a double queen room with disability access we were assigned a single king bed with fold out couch and disability access.
