Hawthorn Suites Dayton North

We had some new staff and they were working together to get us checked in and good to go. The hotel is easily the best for our big family of 6 to stay with everyone having their own space. The hotel is pet friendly which is worth noting even though we left our pup at my mother in laws for the weekend. The hotel is close to our friends house but also close to most of what Dayton area has to offer including the meteoparks.

Not much to complain about. The queen bed was def showing the wear but I was tired so I slept. Also the light switches were confusing and some lights I am still not sure where they turned on at.

we chose this property because it had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. had plenty of space. the woman that was working when we checked in was wonderful and very helpful.

room wasn’t very clean and all the bed linens had different stains on them that resembled old blood. we went to the Walmart that was next door and bought some cheap linens to use. the hotel hasn’t been updated in a long time and our room showed it. loose/rotten wood railing on the balcony chipped and stained up baseboards and the mattresses were so old and heavily used that they were almost smashed flat.

The whole staff Lisa Rhee Paul and Rose we're all amazing I love their personalities are very helpful very friendly and kind outgoing makes it a home from home. Thank you to all the staff members for being so amazing even the young lady that was waiting to clean my room was very friendly very sweet and had a great personality . I dealt with Lisa the most and she's awesome. I hope she's soon to be a manager she deserves it. Thank you Paul for being so friendly as well, I'll definitely contact you for any of your locations you have near where I live. You guys be blessed and I look forward to staying with you soon. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Very nice and clean comfortable bed after switched rooms are first bed what is a sinkhole other than that in the air not working as cool as it should’ve been it was great

My first room the bed sunk into the middle in the air condition hardly worked

I was pleased that it had a full kitchen. As well it was a spacious set up.

Floor was poorly swept, room had visible 'dust bunnies' throughout the room. Breakfast was more of a snack and tedious than complimentary to my stay. Bed didn't have any full comforter/blanket. Just a too small, thin replacement blanket.

It was beautiful. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and my four kids. They also allow dogs but I figured mine would rather run around at home with my mother in law than hang out in the room in a crate. Speaking of rooms, we didnt have a traditional hotel room as you think of hotel rooms. There are 2 levels, each with its own bathroom. This room is huge so if you are going for an extended stay or just for a weekend do yourself a favor and look into a Hawthor Suites!

The gps pings off of the bmw dealership and wants you to turn into their parking lot. I am not sure if there is anyway to fix that, but make sure you go around the dealership in order to get to the front desk to check in.

Honestly I was originally only booked for two nights yet once I checked in & settled in I realized how peaceful the surroundings were. Room was clean w/fresh linens, appliances worked really well, bed was comfortable, room definitely more spacious then expected, staff is nice which ultimately led to me extending my stay 3 more days⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only issue I can speak on is the WiFi being either too weak or that it doesn't cover the entire property. I stayed in building 3 and had either no connection or a extremely weak/unstable connection.

Location was great, cleanliness of the room, mobility accessible., comfortable

Small television, uncomfortable old sofa, only 1 burner worked, no free breakfast (meal) as advertised!!, and the pool was not open.

I didn’t like the fact of the prices or find a high and I’m in emergency situation and I’m spending my funds to buy a home a rent a place and it’s kinda high but other than that I’m impressed with the people here

The staff was very nice, it was a nice clean room. Nice size, had a upstairs with a bedroom upstairs also. 2 bathrooms

Found a used condom under our bed.
