Breakfast was very good and added to the overall value of our stay. However, the table beside us had crumbled food all over the floor and also on the seats where guests sit down to eat. This mess was never cleaned up during breakfast and people were stepping on this mess and tracking it all over. There should also be some type of cleaning wipes available for guests to sanitize their own tables with if they desire.

WAY TOO MANY guests were running around the hotel property WITH NO SHOES, AND OR NO SHOES AND SOCKS???? While the pandemic has eased up a bit, management should have notices posted prohibiting this EXCEPT AT THE POOL! How can it be a healthy situation to have guests running around the facility (and inside the elevators that we used) with no shoes and or socks on....pandemic or not???

Check in/out was quick. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for information on dining locations. The beds were very comfy, and the room was nice as well. There was a group of young kids traveling and enjoyed that there was a pool table area so that they had something to do with their down time instead of living on their technology devices.

These are not complaints. We found water on the floor outside of the bathroom from when we used the sink, so we reported as we believed there was a broke pipe within the wall. I wished the ice machine had been working on our floor, but God gave me strong legs to take a walk up a flight to retrieve some ice, who know with today's shortage they may have not been able to get repair parts or personal.

it was clean, the staff was friendly and the bathrooms had a nightlight. Bree checked us in, she was super kind and helpful!

the bathrooms lack a vent/fan which is not only good for airing out the room but also provides a sense of privacy while pooping ;) the wood flooring in the room, while easier to maintain with pets, was not good for our dog. she slips around on tile/hardwood and we ended up having to buy a couple of rugs to put down.

I reserved a king bed. When I checked in at 4pm local they told me that there was not a king room for me. I reserved a king room specifically. I was disappointed. The staff was very uncooperative. I felt like they were discriminating against me. I am positive they could have made the change. The hotel was not full by the end of the day.

Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel and room was clean. Nice pillows and comfortable bed. Like the large tv. Hotel seemed very quiet, heard very little noise from other rooms or hallway e en though there were several little league teams staying.

Bigger cups for juice At breakfast. Need to put pads on the ends of the bed rails! Room is pretty small without much clearance around the beds. Kept hitting legs on bedrails. Talked to some other guests with same issue.

Great location and atmosphere in the hotel. Room was nicely decorated and bathroom was clean

Obviously used sheets but not noticeably dirty. I requested new pillow cases and this obviously caused an unforseen problem. They weren't readily available and appeared to have got them from another room off of another pillow as they weren't crisp at all. It took way to long to get also

First of all Agnes at the front desk is the best. She went way above and beyond to help us and should be commended for that effort. She has to be the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever dealt with at a hotel.

The air in the rooms is very dry.

no table or seating in room but did have desk and chair also Covid made them not clean rooms or bring new towels etc BUT we were told we can request it or call if need anything

The front desk staff were awesome!! Super friendly!!! Agnes checked us out, and she was a pure joy. I would definitely stay here again. Stayed 3 months ago and had a great experience then too!!

The staff at this location were phenomenal in customer service. Emily checked my daughter and I in and she was a very warm, welcoming, helpful lady. It wasn't a very busy evening but she was cheerful, answered every question, and had a warm personality. The room, the property in general was very clean and inviting. I love the sleek modern design as you walk into the lobby. The room was spacious and I loved the lack of carpeting. I am actually doing a diy version of the coat rack here at home. The beds were comfortable and I was extremely pleased with what I paid for the room and what we received. I ended up having a break line busy in my vehicle the night I was leaving and right after calling AAA, I called the property, spoke with Emily and was able to book another room plus have the car towed back to the parking lot until my fiance could come in from Charleston WV the next day to tow it home. I believe I met the GM of Tru the next day and he was as gracious and helpful. In fact the entire staff was friendly, courteous and on point. I will look for Tru by Hilton first for any future travel plans. I've stayed in many hotels- this was by far my best overall hotel booking I've had the pleasure to experience. Thank you so very much for everything. I was 3 hours from home and I couldn't have felt safer overall
