I liked the location's proximity to my destination most. I also liked the convenient free parking. I liked the easy unloading/loading of my belongings during check-in/check-out as well.

I did not like seeing a cockroach run across the bathroom floor while I was stepping into the shower most of all. I also did not like the loss of hot water for 20% of my stay. I did not like the pool closure for the duration of my stay. I did not like the lack of housekeeping, despite my request for service. I did not like the restaurant's inaccessibility for 40% of my stay, especially since the restaurant is the source for room service. Lastly, I did not like the lack of accessible receptacles in the room for plugging in electronic devices.

great location, clean, nice amenities

There was an issue which has resulted in me being charged twice for one of my nights. I asked to extend and staff told me they couldn’t give me the same rate, that I would need to go through Booking, which I did. Then I was told the reservation never came through and to cancel through Booking and pay them directly. I haven’t been refunded for what I paid to reserve through Booking, which may be an issue with them vs the hotel. I’ve emailed and received no response from Booking.

Your location was centrally located to every venue we had to be at during the week. Easy access to highway. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby staff was patient, kind, and respectful after handling many large groups at the same time. Ballroom staff at breakfast and dinners was excellent at keeping everything clean and stocked up.

Restaurant staff was unprofessional and rude. Some in our party sat for more than 30 minutes waiting to be served and when one finally did get to order, his order never came. We had to get up and go grab someone to have our drinks refilled. instead of letting us know they were closing they started turning off the light, hadn’t even given us our tickets yet. When paying, our own waiter couldn’t remember what we had even though all we ordered was chocolate cake and waters because he claimed he was out of everything else. Room keys kept getting deactivated for most in our large group, it was very inconvenient to run down to the lobby every single night to be able to get back into my room.

The staff are super nice, they look happy all the time; the location was perfect, skywalk to the Convention Center or just crossing the street; lots of walking distance restaurants; 4 minutes walking to the Packard Museum (free entrance for children), and I was lucky to use the hotel shuttle (the time was perfect for arriving and leaving)!!!

My room didn't have curtains that could block the sunlight in the morning (they were hanging on both sides of the window, not wide enough, plus no way to be able to close them).

The rooms were really nice, however seemed a little dated and required some polishing. Specifically the carpets, furniture and bathrooms. The breakfast was really delicious, however I was expecting a little more for the buffet. It was more of a basic buffet, with few items. I’d recommend adding the French Toast, self serve Belgium waffle makers, pancakes and an omelette bar and chef, with more individual fresh fruits. The views of Dayton from the rooms and from View 162 are truly incredible! A few updates and additions would make this an exceptional hotel and restaurant, marking it a marquee of Dayton, something Dayton truly is in need of!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and beds were clean and comfortable

Being alone, it was a little intimidating parking across the street in a parking garage. The area was mostly safe but I didnt want to go out alone. Also the AC in the room was on high and not adjustable. I slept comfortably by placing extra pillows on the vent.

The Hotel personnel was excellent, the hotel was cleans. There was a nice bar and restaurant with a view . The only problem we had, was trying to get bath/ face fresh towels to Accommodate two guests, The rooms was only equipped to serve one guest. I would definitely stay there again when in Dayton.

The parking was a little off( You had to park in the lot and walk over the skyway to get to the hotel) but wad much appreciated because it was free😉

the room was very clean and the staff was amazing the food was out of this world the location was perfect and the view from the room was breath taking the husband and i would definitely go back

there was only one thing that i didn't like about the room is that it didn't have a microwave in the room that was pretty much it for me i have nothing but good thing's to say about the Radisson in Dayton Ohio

The best part was MISTY at the front desk!!!! AMAZING customer service! She fulfilled our early check in request (we had 2pm theater tix), gave clear, and helpful directions regarding parking, and was just overall friendly and helpful! She made us feel like we were old friends coming to visit!

The breakfast was good. I wish that they had offered pancakes/waffles. Also upgrade the sausage…. Cheap soy sausage Pattie’s are just no good in my opinion. The eggs were really good as was the bacon and potatoes. Overall I’d eat there again

Just change the soy breakfast sausage Pattie’s to actual sausage.
