Red Roof Inn Dayton - Fairborn/Nutter Center

I liked how I was able to get the last room that they had available at a affordable price.

I didn’t like finding someone else’s hair all in the bed , I didn’t like the fact that it looked like the sheets were not changed , and I didn’t like tonight. I made a reservation for tonight and had to wait outside for over and hour and a half to get into my room because there was not anyone here. And when the gentlemen finally arrived he seemed drunk and said it was a family emergency. I called and spoke with reservations to let them know nobody was here and there was a parking lot full of guest trying to get a room and a few others who were already checked in needed a new key. Guest services was closed and I was told that I would be compensated for the fact that upon making the reservation when I arrived having to wait for over and hour and a half for someone to arrive to the location

We traveled for college orientation and from what I understood when booking the campus was close. We were more than delighted to find out Wright State University campus is literally across the street. Even more delighted when we found out there were numerous restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store close by as well! The first picture was taken from the balcony outside of our room!

Safe location. Clean, comfortable and quiet room with hot water and strong water pressure. Lots of green area around the place for pups to wander and do their business. Refrigerator and A/C worked well and WiFi was strong even with my room at the other end of the building from the office. Didn’t use microwave or TV but I suspect they were in good working order too. One of the better Red Roofs I’ve stayed at. Staff was indifferent but whatever…

Great location, clean room. Bed was comfortable. Quiet motel, well maintained. Front desk staff was very friendly and courteous.

It was hard to regulate the temperature in the shower, but the water pressure was great, and once I got the right temp, it was fine.

Location,walking distance to Nutter Center and many restaurants. Price,3 nights cost less then 2 nights at most hotels. Staff,friendly and helpful. Room was large,bed comfortable and nice selection of channels on the TV.

Quiet, was near everything we needed and wanted to do, was totally handicap accessible which is what i needed as opposed to the other hotels in the area which say they are but their idea of HA is on the first floor.

Tv in the room was too small and mounted in corner which made it hard to watch while lying in bed. Needed to be a larger tv and mounted out of corner

The room was perfect for a quick overnight stay -- extremely comfortable bed, easy access, very clean, and had the necessary amenities (fridge and good quality a/c).

The building architecture is unpleasant, because the windows all face out onto the public walkway. It was broad daylight but we had to draw the curtain in order to have privacy. Also, the building has an extremely shabby looking exterior. Based on the external appearance, I was preparing myself to be quite disappointed with the room, so it was even more of a pleasant surprise.

If you are attending a concert or activity at The Nutter Center at Wright State University, this hotel is the perfect location. There is a speedway that is located right beside the hotel.

The water pressure was a little low. The room had a musty smell. But the good outweighed the smell and water pressure.

The location was convenient to the National Museum of the Air Force. Right next to a gas station/market and within walking distance of a Texas Roadhouse & Saloon plus other restaurants. Seemed like a safe area. The room was fine, clean, nothing fancy. A good value for the price. No breakfast.
