Room was large and well appointed. The bathroom, including the sink, was separated from the main room by a door, which is especially good when you and your partner go to bed or wake up at different times. The breakfast was unusually good - lots of variety and plenty of alternatives to the sweets sweets sweets so typical of hotel breakfasts. The fitness center is small but has good equipment and the pool is nice. The staff member who checked us in had good advice on local restaurants.

It is not the fault of the hotel, but it is on a busy state highway and if you leave the premises it pretty much has to be in a car. Too bad, because what we saw of the the countryside and surrounding towns looked attractive. I am a runner and would like to have explored more on foot.

We had 0 issues. Check in/out was simple; they also didn’t double charge us like other online booking site have done. The bed were very comfortable. There were enough towels. The lights/lamps were located in logical spots as were the electrical outlets. There was ample parking despite it seeming crowded. The location was perfect (Rt 15 & Rts 80/90). The breakfast included pastries, bagels, toast, cereal, apples, eggs, sausage, a breakfast casserole & hot & cold drinks. The pancake machine was a hit! (A lot of people seem to miss it though.)

Nothing. We normally have lots to complain about as we are light sleepers with bad backs or joints. Sleeping away from home is usually not a joy by any means!

The property was very friendly and clean, surprisedly being that there are nearby some factories and contractors come and stay everything was neat the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and my coffee kept me working all-day

I have no complaints besides a personal opinion. I felt the bed sheets were thin, but it was the hotel. I didn’t expect them to have thick ones but to solve this, I just stole the sheets from the other bed and then I sleep like a baby

The first room had broken blinds and had no way of keeping out the light (Room 305 I think). We were given another room, thank heavens.

Breakfast was wonderful though they were out of yogurt. Breakfast staff very friendly as was desk staff. Location was very easy off Ohio tollway.

They did not have a hot tub in the pool area. Elevator smelled like smoke. Overall cleanliness of hotel and room was good but bathroom had some dust.

It was exceptionally clean and well kept.

There were no luggage carts available to transport luggage to our room. Staff just said that guests keep them in their rooms and don't bring down the carts, but offered no help or solution.

Everything except the front desk. Checking in, the girl was not friendly at all. When I went to check out, NOBODY was at the front desk, so I just left -- no other choice.

Clean, friendly staff, great location. Tidy & clean common areas,elevator, and exterior walkway/entrance lobby.  Bathrooms are large and well stocked. Close to Four Seasons Restaurant which is a great place to eat.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. very easy to get to from the interstate. excellent hot breakfast with alot of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Not a-lot of food choices nearby. Small rural area. i did grab a sub from Subway, about 5 minutes away.

Nice location, just off I-80/90, so easy get on/off. Nice size room for a family of four. Excellent beddings - we all got nice sleep and rested well. Good bf with lot of choices, including hot food. There's a good size pool too but we arrived late, so were not able to use.

The front desk staff could be a bit more friendlier. Tip jar in the bf area is a bit tacky. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working but there was no "Out of Order" sign (I told the front desk to put one and she said that she didn't have time!). Parts of the wallpaper near the bathtub was peeling off - should have been fixed. W/o regular maintenance, it'll not take too long for this property (or any for that matter) to go down the hill.
