Staff was very attentive

Easy check in, plus we were allowed to check-in early. Nice pool. Really ample breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Great wifi. The downtown area of Napoleon is adorable, a nice surprise. Just keep in mind that it is more south of Toledo than it looks on the map! We were traveling to Chicago from Erie, so it took us a bit out of our way.

We had to re-arrange our plans due to COVID, but the hotel was no help in this regard. Never answered our inquiries. Once we arrived at the hotel, the staff was great, particularly at breakfast, but we would have appreciated some response to our questions.

Room was clean and spacious. Location was perfect, right off the highway and away from fast food chains/ traffic etc. Front desk was attended for majority of the time I was there so felt safe and supported. Breakfast was delicious and had far more than I had expected: waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, orange juice etc etc Would recommend.

I had have a minor incident when I first arrived. I checking into my room and was getting ready for an event near by when another couple used their key to also open my door. We were both given the same room number and access key. A little scary considering I was staying on my own, but they went down and got it sorted and I followed up as was leaving for the afternoon to ensure no one else had access. The staff member was extremely sorry and apologized for her colleagues error.

The motel was in a location close to the event we were attending. The room was nice and clean. The staff were all very courteous and professional. The staff went out of their way to greet you as you entered the motel or went to their breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of available choices.

Was greeted by Teresa at the front desk, who was kind and efficient and super nice. She got our room quickly and recommended a great place to get dinner and a drink. Spenglers Pub. The room was large and clean and comfortable. It has a coffee pot and a fridge. It is close to fast food, a Wal-Mart, a riteaide, gas stations, and the next exit over is a Harley shop open 7 days.

I liked most of the things

The complimentary breakfast was cold every morning and pool was very chilly first night very noisy above my room

We were exhausted from 10 hours of driving. The place was clean, the staff was welcoming and the room was comfortable.

We didn’t mind paying a little extra because we read that breakfast was included. But we expected a little more then microwave sandwiches.

The hot water in the hot pot at the tea/coffee/cocoa station was never hot enough to make tea—even when the desk clerk filled it with fresh hot water. it was the same tepid temperature the next morning.

Breakfast was good.

Strong odor of marijuana coming from next door room. Notified staff. They did nothing about odor continued through following morning. My spouse and I checked out early to avoid the smell.

Breakfast was very exceptional. More than we expected. The cook was very kind to us. She made us feel welcome.

Nothing could have been better.
