The rooms were very clean and updated. We had 2 rooms and they were happy to make sure our rooms were next to each other. We had 2 basic double queen rooms but they were perfect. We were there to do a campus visit for UNOH. If my son chooses to go there, I guarantee this is where we will stay when we visit. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was pleasant,comfortable and updated. It was conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and stores.

When we first pulled up, I wasn't sure about what it was going to be like inside. The exterior of the building could use some updating same with the parking lot. We were pleasantly surprised with inside and had a nice stay. They had free breakfast, which was awesome they provided that, but the eggs had a weird taste and texture, and the bacon was thin and limp. Overall, though, that's not really a complaint. Could just have been an off day or maybe just not my taste.

The location is perfect, my son is at UNOH. The facilities are always clean when we stay. Breakfast is hot and coffee is plentiful. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.

Our neighbors across the hall seemed to have a gazillion kids and they ran amuk up and down the hall late into the night. They were quieter after my husband asked them to be quiet. I know hotel staff trailed after them picking up the trash they left and cleaning up after them. Nothing staff can do about lousy parenting.

Location is perfect especially if you're doing things at UNOH. Easy in/out on the roads. Breakfast is good. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The railway noise can be a bit loud at night, but you get used to it. Loud air conditioning unit without continual fan but you can open the window.

The Continental breakfast was not what one would have expected. I went for breakfast at 9.20 Am and most of the food was gone and was not being replentished. The staff were not cooperative with complaints from other customers as well. If the breakfast is not going to be until the stated time of 10 Am stop putting it on.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff and manager was very pleasant and accommodating. Room was very clean and well maintained. I've stayed at other places when Fairfield was booked. but none of them compared to the great experience I had the Fairfield Inn.

It was a little cool for my taste and I couldn't find a thermostat. Rooms need to be sound proofed a little better. You could hear people upstairs and cars driving by.

Good location, clean property, safe location, great value with the included breakfast.

Each time we entered or exited the main lobby from the parking lot the front desk staff was outside smoking. Not a very welcoming first impression to walk through a cloud of smoke. A designated employee smoking area would be beneficial.

Ice machine only on 1st floor, nit enough outlets for plugs. for example I had to unplug the light or fridge to plug in the coffee pot

The pool and it was comfortable. The staff was great.

The key cards didn't want to work.

Wasn’t expecting much as it seemed reviews were tepid but I was pleasantly surprised. room was exceptionally clean. nice staff. not one problem encountered.
