Americas Best Value Inn St. Marys

The staff was super friendly and responsive. We had to unexpectedly leave sooner than the length of our reservation, but the front office lady kindly charged us the one day rate, even with checking out at 12pm. Our room was very nice and I loved that it had a full sized refrigerator!

The outlets in the bedroom need to be updated. They were loose and wouldn't support a charge for my phone. I had to use an outlet in the kitchen to charge my phone. Also, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but I was told there was no waffle maker, which would have been important to me if I had breakfast at the hotel.

I just love this Inn and the location. The suites are just fabulous, always clean and we'll kept. They also have a full size stove/oven and the sitting area is just like a little living room, almost like a one bedroom apartment. The staff is amazing because they are always friendly. Have stayed before and it was the same then as it was now. I will always go back to this In if I am ever needed in the area.

There is nothing I did not like at this Inn. Everything from check-in to getting to my suite was very pleasant.

My friend has trouble doing steps and we requested a first floor room. We were put in a suite very easy to access. It was great. And the girl at the front desk was always so sweet. She was cleaning the windows of the office. I told her that always is good people like to see clean windows usually that means a clean place. The breakfast could have had a few more items but we were late getting there and it looked like they had had more choices. Great that Duffy's was there with the best pizza in town.

All of the staff I interacted when was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. This was an unplanned stop for my child and I, I was very nervous but everything was great. The hotel was VERY clean, not just clean MONICA clean! It was surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was great with lots of choices. The bar and pizza was great too

I much prefer hard flooring carpet is yucky but you know. No complaints about this place, it was such an easy stop with friendly help

Like having a bedroom suite, disliked being on 2nd level just a preference. Kitchen and bathroom was nice, clean. Quiet location/building. Overall great stay and hope to come back in the future stays.

Rude tenants in front building would be only reason not to stay or recommend to someone. We've stayed here on and off since 1995, would love to see the place upkept and vacation feel for visitors by the owners.

Breakfast was very limited, but had what you would need for a quick meal before traveling.

Only issue I had was a lamp in the room that did not have a working bulb in it. And there was a desk chair in the room but no desk.

Location was convenient in relations to my jobsite - room had a microwave and fridge. Staff were super friendly. It was a very quiet hotel and has a pizza/pub located in one of the buildings. I felt very welcomed and accommodated during my stay!

Beds were a little too firm for my liking.

The staff was excellent. the room comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed the stay very much. The lounge was a nice addition which we enjoyed.

the TV was on Roku and I don't know the system but the staff gave me the help I needed.

Upon arrival we were able to check in early to our room. There was confusion on the room we booked vs the room we got, but the manager, Debbie, came to our room and worked it out with us immediately and even offered a discount on our next stay due to the confusion. The owner, Tim went over and above as well. When I booked our room I requested a bouquet of flowers, shrimp cocktail ring, meat and cheese tray, fruit tray, champagne & glasses because it was our anniversary. Tim delivered all of the above as well as a bucket of ice with the champagne bottle in it immediately after we arrived. If you want to stay somewhere that prides themselves on the details and meeting & exceeding customers requests, this is the place for you to book every time. Thank you all so very much for helping to make our anniversary amazing!!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect. The room was great and the staff was amazing!! Next time I'll be sure my booking says whirlpool suite. That was the only thing that could've made it better.

Conveniently located for our visit very quiet.

Too many people smoking near the stairs and in front of the lower rooms the smoke rose to the second floor walkways. The housekeeping staff smoked up a storms neat the storage room which was near Is as well. Needless to say if we ever stay here again it will be in a different building.
