This was such a comfy and friendly establishment. The night shift employee (regret not getting her name to recognize her). She was so helpful and friendly. She kept the morning breakfast area so clean and stocked. My room was so clean and comfy. Normally I can't sleep when away from home but had no problem resting and getting a great night of sleep. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the pillows. I highly recommend this Best Western when in Celina. They have a great variety of breakfast foods and snacks 🥰

Well, the only thing I didn't like was having to get out of bed ☺️

The pillows! Oh my gosh! It was a heavenly cloud to lay my head on! We had the luxury room and the sunset over the water was magical. Everything was clean and prestige! Staff were amazing! And the breakfast! That was so yummy.

Only hitch was our last morning, they ran out of milk and didn't refill or offer to grab us one really quick. So cereal was wasted as it was acquired before realizing the milk was gone and we had to leave before they could fill the little fridge or coffee milk up.

I didn't eat the breakfast. I wish I knew the ladies name when I checked in. I got to the hotel at 1:30pm on Saturday March 9th. My husband and I were coming for a wedding, and we were coming from TN. I called on the way to see if we could check in early, and the lady was so nice, and said that wouldn't be a problem. We were able to check in early to get ready for the wedding. The staff was very nice.

I like to book through work or directly with the hotel. I did notice that it was cheaper on booking.com, and that was a little disappointing.

our checkin Friday we found our refrigerator full and dirty. I cleaned it out and took to the front desk and asked for Clorox wipes which they had. I cleaned everything for them. However I will say they made it right by me. The Monday manager took the night off for us for the trouble.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold, and the hotel was super quiet.

I wish the main door was an automatic double door. It was hard to get in and out with luggage and full hands.

To be honest there should be more selection, always the same. Pastries a little old. The girl there was exceptional 👏. Receptionist amazing.

Too much noise from the room upstairs but I'm sure is out of your control.

breakfast was what I expected. The location was fine. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very responsive. Excellent value.

The weather. Really, everything was fine and actually exceeded my expectations.

Not enough counter space in bathroom- we were given a handicap bathroom??not sure why

Easy check in, very tasty breakfast with clean organized area. The bed was firm but comfortable.

The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy during the night as it kept turning on.
