The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was good. The breakfast was good. The value for the price was very good. The fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch. I recommend this place and was very satisfied with my stay.

The indoor swimming pool was a little too cold, so I chose not to use it on many occasions. Also, housekeeping did not make up the room while I stayed there. We had to ask for towels and for them to take out the trash. They won't do anything unless told apparently. I still recommend this place though.

Breakfast was the standard fare. For the waffle lovers the waffle maker was broken. But i should not eat waffles. My only real dissappointment was the yogurt was in a covered dish and looked watery. I prefer and individual yogurt. The sausage patties could have been more cooked for me, maybe if they would offer a variety of just cooked and well done. My son said the sausage gravy was very good, and he tries that all over the place so he would know.

the hand soap, and maybe it's just me, was like a piece of chalk, and had almost no scent.

Location was great: Did not have breakfast, as we enjoued sleeping in and using the in-room coffee maker.

Room carpet had a brown mark hote (cigaritte) that's directly 3 feet from the entrance door. The carpet was in need of cleaning and the bahroom needed a good scrubbing, as the tub had black grid markings. too risky to sint in. We bathed elsewhere. Plus we asked from a shower seat, and was told you did not have one....... I used the laundry room, which also could use scrubbing or painting. One machine did nto work. the front desk clerk came up and found the same problem. I ended up washing two loads; one at a time. It was duable!!!!

This was my second time staying here. We attended a concert in Columbus both times and this was a nice hotel about an hour north of Columbus. It's a nice hotel in a great location and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast was a little lacking this time. We went down around 9:30 (breakfast ends at 10:30 on the weekends). Things were running low and needed restocked. However I do know the gentleman working the front desk was busy with guests checking out and he seemed to be the one restocking the food. The first time I stayed at this hotel the breakfast was good and stocked. 🙂

Very clean and pleasant atmosphere including the smell. Staff really took great pains to make the breakfast more enjoyable with a large selection of food not just waffles and cereal. Eggs different ways, sausage and biscuits and excellent gravy were among the choices. Fresh fruit, yogurt and several fruit juices were available. The room was spotless and well taken care of. Friendly staff that seemed to really care about your needs and comfort.

The lobby was beautiful and is a great first impression. The pool was nice size, taken care of and clean. The room was nice and the windows gave it an elegant touch. The bathroom was large, nice looking and clean. The provided breakfasts were delicious and well stocked.

The pool was slightly cold and when exiting the pool room, you are hit with really cold air. This is just a minor point.

Good size rooms. Breakfast selection was good. Location was good but need a car to get places. Staff friendly and was so quiet I slept very well. The bed was big and very comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave so didn't have to eat out every night

Gym was tiny and for a fitness person wasn't able to do anything in it. Stayed for 7 days and room wasn't cleaned. Had to leave my rubbish outside to be collected. Had 2 beds so I switched beds as bed wasn't changed. Wasn't aware of no housekeeping before I booked

We actually ended up extending our stay for another 3 nights and the main reason we decided to stay at this hotel is because it’s close to the hospital, but it is very nice and clean as well as comfortable, and the staff is top-notch!

There wasn’t anything that we did not like about this hotel, which is also a huge plus!

Curtains not designed to close all the way so light shines in . No body wash dispenser in shower so had to use hand soap. There were shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers so … Breakfast… give it a pass . Too much to write about what was wrong . Go to any eatery in town instead .

Staff were friendly, professional and very efficient. Room was clean and easy to get the temperature to the level I wanted. I did not hear noise from other rooms.

The room was across from the Meijer backlot and there were trucks and noise coming from outside throughout the night, and more regularly from 4 am onward. Sleep was difficult after that. Improving the soundproofing from outside noise would be useful. I did not realize there was a paid wi-fi option available, which may have made my stay better as I could not access some things due to the lack of security of the internet offered.
