Quality Inn & Suites Delaware

Property was extremely clean, had a wonderful breakfast and the friendliness of the staff was great.

This property looked to be recently renovated and was very nice. My one comment would be the room was very damp feeling and didn’t cool down well. I noticed a dehumidifier in the hallway that seemed to help the feel out there but other than that I was very happy with this hotel.

I got charged twice for the same days . I booked online and paid the total price for 2 nights. When we arrived I was told we didn't have a reservation or a room . After much discussion with the manager they found us a room . They told me to be sure to check my credit card bill to make sue we didn't get charged twice. Once the bill arrived we were charged twice .The problem is , when I called the hotel they said there wasn't anything that could be done. I was told the money went to the travel agency that I booked with . But if I am correct , doesn't the hotel end up with the payment ( or most of it anyway ) Minus a few for the booking ? Something should be done about this . How about 2 nights credit ? Thanks Mike Pollard

Getting g charged twice . And being told we didn't have a room .and the hotel was completely booked. However the did up giving us a room.

Friendly staff, clean pool, nice breakfast options. Staff went above and beyond for us when the guest washer broke, really appreciated it.

Room could have been a bit bigger or extra furniture a little smaller. Small bathroom.

The staff was inviting, hotel very clean and up to date, nice selection for breakfast, housekeeping was amazing. Ours even left us a note why she didn't make our beds, she didn't want to move our personal belongings. We will definitely stay here again!

We liked this place alot. The staff was very nice, the pool was clean, rooms and hallway was clean. For breakfast it was to go bags because of covid restrictions. Stores and restaurants close and the last day we noticed that the state patrol office was right across the street. We forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner for our trip and they was very nice in helping us out.

This place was very nice. The only problem I had was that the beds wasnt that comfortable and the pillows was very very soft. The pillows was to soft in my opinion.

Location was close to our destination. Front desk workers very nice. Rooms newly updated and breakfast was good.

Was in a room close to lobby and stairs. When anyone went up stairs very noisy. Would recommend a upper floor we were on first floor. People above us extremely noisy and loud all night long hard to sleep.

The staff was great the rooms clean and the price is right compared to the one in mackinaw city it’s the ritz breakfast was good and close by restaurants

The bathroom where shower was is a bit small but it works we had a great stay

Everything was very modern and very nice and up to date. The pool was a nice size as well. very friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast

the only issue was our key cards stopped working our second night and the room wasn’t cleaned after our first night which was fine we didn’t mind just had to go get more towels!

The residents above my room appear to be on a different time schedules and came home after midnight (each of my three nites) and where very loud. I was awaken each time and had to wait 1-2 hr. before getting back to sleep.

The location was great. I stayed in two of your properties on this trip. The only complaint I had at both was the orange juice. It looked like it was watered down and didn't taste like OJ. Recommend you change vendors to Tropicana or Minute made.

Everything else was fine.
