No breakfast, staff good, excellent maintenance man named Adam always so helpful and happy to do anything. He goes Above and beyond.

The people in the room above mine like to thump around at 4am. Stupid.

The staff here are ALWAYS kind & helpful. The location is far enough from the highway to be quiet but close to everything one might need. We have to accommodate food allergies, so a kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator is a must. This place has it! Also, hubby has swelling issues, and My Place has a recliner, which is comfy for him while relaxing. Having access to hot water at the coffee center is great for us tea drinkers.

1. Tip: The window blind doesn't completely darken the room. If you are light sensitive, we have stayed here more than once and packed along something to block the light from the security lights, which are totally necessary for the parking lot. 2. Tip: There are no pots, pans, plates, or silverware in the rooms since the lockdowns. We pack disposables and microwave precooked meals or eat sandwiches. 3. We were supposed to have grab bars in the tub in our reserved room, but there weren't any.

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The laundry facilities were very clean and much appreciated. It was located near a lot of eating establishments. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I will definitely stay at a My Place hotel again…but next time it will be on the top floor. We heard heavy footsteps late at night. Also, it would be nice to have a few pieces of silverware and a pot to cook in.

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in and the desk clerk offered us to become members so that we could have early check in and late check out at no additional cost. When we walked into the room we had no idea it had a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There was dish soap, kitchen towels and paper towels. We were blown away with how clean everything was. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is even a recliner chair. The roll out table was great too. So many little details of the room made it so nice. The staff was extremely nice. Very happy and will stay there again. The price was amazing! Even have outside grills and an ice maker in your room.

Only issue was someone checked out and the staff must have entered our room by mistake. We didn’t know and our key cards were deactivated. So when we got back to our room our cards wouldn’t work. Then when we got back in the cleaning staff tried to enter because their list of rooms to clean showed we had checked out. It’s all good.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I ever stayed at. it come with a small kitchen also. The bathroom was spotless! The only thing is they did not have a breakfast, but, they have this thing called breakfast in bed, where they will bring you anything on a menu anytime of the day Would definitely come back. With taxes and fees was $87. She

Nothing, aside from unsmiling staff, who became more pleasant AFTER l mentioned this to your 'travelling manager', Sally. Sally is excellent, kind, smart as a whip, listens, is responsive and sees what is going on in this Marion hotel. I stayed 4weeks last year, 5 this year and will continue each summer. The maintenance man is excellent, so helpful and kind, solved my issues immediately. A real asset to the hotel.

Convenient to everything. Nice grounds very pretty. Lots of parking. Convenient parking for handicap people. Staff was very pleasant and kind. We will stay again !!!!

There was nothing I didn’t like

I did not have the breakfast, but I did have coffee in my room. I did like being able to do that. I tried to order breakfast at the desk but they wanted to charge my card and I didn’t have it with me. I had prepaid for my room so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just charged me when I checked out.

I really don’t care for the way you offer breakfast. Most hotels do not charge for this and I have stayed at hotels who offer many more choices.

This is probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was excellent, the facilities and the room were immaculate. I was also pleased with all the amenities.

The one and only thing I disliked was that my room was not vacuumed. There were some popcorn kernels and a fingernail on the floor. Everything else in the room was spotless.

Location is good. The concept of MyPlace seems to be accommodating longer-term stays, business customers and people with special needs. That includes me, as I often travel on business and I like to prepare much of my own food, even on the road. My room had a full kitchen, which was a pleasant surprise. It was like a studio apartment.

The construction materials seemed built to a price, rather than to a quality level. So I fear this property may go downhill fairly quickly. Paint, furnishings, carpet, etc. all seemed out of a 1970s movie. Relatively new but in an old style, almost like a mobile home, and getting banged up pretty fast.
