No Breakfast. Went to Pancake house. Desk Staff were very friendly. Room looked recently renovated and updated. Very clean. Stayed 2 nights so we could see both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great.
Free Breakfast would have been nice. Would have preferred a lower floor room, but I guess I should have ensured that when I booked it. Couldn't see my car from my room, which I prefer.

The location was good, quiet and quaint. The facility was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure was amazing and the floors weren't carpet so they are easy to keep clean which in my opinion is a great. The staff was friendly and the price was good.
The toilet wasn't completely secured to the floor and the bathroom door was difficult to close, otherwise everything was great.

The customer service was sub par. Every time I went into the lobby I had to search for an employee. Both times they were outside (these times were not at odd hours).

I stay at Econolodge whenever I can. Some are great and some not so great. This one however was absolutely the best one I've been to hands down. Spotless inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast because of covid but the owner hooked me up with a couple granola bars for the road.
