Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport

The room was just right. Although I paid more than I ever have for the room, it was in line with what others are now charging for a similar room. The quality of the room and its size and layout were worth the price. A very comfortable stay.

While I enjoyed that the complementary breakfast was free I would have enjoyed more variety on different days. Monday through Friday had all the same foods. Try varying the foods on different days. Saturday was the only different day for us and it was a welcome change.

Hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was awesome! The pool was the best! My little girl had a blast and made some new friends. Overall a wonderful experience

The hotel could use some updates in the rooms. The bathtub in our room was very very slick, my husband fell while taking a shower there are no type of grips on the tub floor to help stablize. The overfill drain wasn't secured so it kept falling off while taking a bath. There was a white stain on our carpet. The beds were kinda hard, and there wasn't a lot of space between one bed and the windows. The closet area was small and hard to access as well. The bathroom was kinda on the small side. It was hard to get out of the door is more than one person was in it.

Breakfast was okay. Not great but okay. The pool area was okay, not great, as well. The living room was very spacious. Convenient location for the Ark Encounter. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The bedroom was very crowded. There was barely enough room to get in either bed from the wall/window sides. The bathroom was tiny. Had to walk in side ways to get past the toilet to close the door. There was only one tv shared by the living room and the bedroom.

It was convenient to the highway, restaurants and at a halfway point from the Ark and Creation Museum.

The pool area had way to much chlorine in it. It needs to be more ventilated because you couldn’t stay long due to the chlorine burning your eyes.

friendly staff, made me feel at home,when I needed that feeling (my house was being remodeled because of a flooding Nov) very professional. when I asked to change rooms because I was staying for a long period of time so I could be on the floor with a microwave they said in a few days or we will bring you a microwave so I wouldn’t have to change rooms…….Needless to say I never moved or received a microwave and asked numerous times. that is the only downfall besides they need to clean under the couches but my month long stay on and off was great I would recommend your establishment to all of my colleagues, family and friends!

Same breakfast every day. Would of liked something different, pancakes or omelets maybe.

Location was good for what we were visiting. Walk-in shower was a nice feature for us. Breakfast was nice feature. My husband enjoyed it. Staff was very nice, especially Rav.

Rooms looked much bigger online. The bathroom door barely closed when walking into the bathroom. Shower was very narrow. Mattress was too hard for my liking.Back door by pool should be locked for security of guests. Appeared broken.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Large spacious room.

Bathroom was poorly designed. You have to stand in bathtub to close the door. When we arrived loud music was playing outside. People were gathered in front. It was about 12:30 in the morning and made me very uncomfortable. As I checked in and got kids safely inside I realized these were employees. Openly drinking beer, playing loud music, and drunk. Service desk ladies were very nice but didn’t care about drunk coworkers. Guess it’s normal but made it seem trashy and unsafe. Next day I see one of the same people who were outside with a cleaning cart and a can of beer. I guess drinking on the job here is normal. Breakfast was very poor.

.Hot breakfast... 2 beds plus sofa bed.. room big.. located is 30mins from ark and 20 from creation museum

. The mirror and sink in the room instead of separate room. Hard to get ready when u wake before the rest of the family with put waking someone. The bathroom very small.. if i was much bigger i would hv to step into the shower to shut the bathroom door cause only a few inches between door and toilet. Also pool was very cold

Everything was close by to travel around the city with ease. Mostly friendly staff and an amazing room to relax and recuperate in.

The only issue I had was that everytime we would leave our hotel room our keycards would deactive. We had to ask for new ones every single time we came back to the hotel. I don't know if it was interference with other technology or something else, but it never seemed to get resolved. Also breakfast was kinda lacking but, I expected this considering how hotels have changed since the pandemic.
