Good location between the Creation Museum and the Ark. Those were our destinations. The young man that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. A good variety of breakfast like most places of this type.

We had a non-smoking room but it smelled like cigarette smoke. I brought it to the young man's attention downstairs and he brought us some spray to use. But you could tell someone before I smoked in the bathroom. You couldn't get rid of the odor. The couch did smell and was very low to the floor, like it was old and needed to be replaced.

Hotel was super CLEAN and smelled good when we arrived. Quick check-in process with friendly staff. Super quiet even though it is off a busy road and near an airport - during our stay no planes flew overhead at night. Didn't use the pool, but it was clean and well kept. Great place for a stopover and centrally located. Traveled to the Cincinnati Zoo and the Creation Museum from the location with no problem.

A little tricky to find from the road, but not hard once you figure out where it is. Elevator was old and stopped working the morning we checked out.

I loved the location for the property & the accessibility to many of the facilities from the hotel. I liked the cleanliness of the rooms.

I did not appreciate the way I was treated during check in. There was an older lady there who would not service me but she waited for a young man Nicholas to come back from the phone call he had taken. The Lady did not speak to me but looked me up & down twice. When Nicholas did return, he was rude & asked me what else was I standing there for when I had another room to pay for! I paid for my other room later that night due to it not being taken when I first checked in.

Was just here 10 days previous; now staying here again on return trip home. Super comfortable, great breakfast in the morning. Plenty of parking for RV or towed trailer (my situation), with well lit parking lot. Plenty of restaurants close by, although we used DoorDash and food arrived faster than expected.

Our room had motion sensing light at the entry door. Very convenient when entering room. BUT...our light came on twice on its own in the middle of the night. VERY disconcerting to wake up to discover the light is on....kinda freaky! Not sure why it happened....air movement from A/C?

The breakfast was great tasty and filling. My son and I went to the gym and worked out together. It was so quiet and peaceful. Beds were so comfortable also. The front desk clerk Brianna was so nice and helpful. She is the best and she made us feel so welcome. I was having trouble trying to use the computer to print out my son's mri on his spine. The printer wouldn't print for me. So she went out of her way to print it off for me at the front desk. The hotel was also the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Exceptional service great job to all the workers.

Everything was great and we will be staying again next month. No complaints at all.

Decent hotel stay with working ice machine and stocked vending machines.

The food at was poorly stocked, staff was overwhelmed and running between the desk and kitchen area. No condiments available. Asked for directions to ATM, since it was our honeymoon and that I wanted to leave a tip for the staff and she was quite displeased that I asked for assistance from her. No assistance when trying to get an item returned that we left there by mistake. I have contacted the property a dozen times and provided a pre-paid shipping label to have a forgotten item returned to me, but 2 weeks later and it has not been sent back.

Room was simple which is good, beds Rooms wwre clean with no odors which is always a plus. Breakfast was standard but good. Staff was great. Could have been a little cheaper but overall i thought it was really good. I highly recommend unless you are looking for a more upscale stay.

Only thing i didnt like was minor, but the elevator didnt go down one time for me but did on next try. I usually take stairs so wouldnt usually notice.

Our room and bathroom was exceptionally clean compared with places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable and provided a good nights rest. The breakfast was exactly what was needed with plenty of variety to choose from.

There was nothing major we would complain about.

The location was centrally located between the Ark Encounter, the Creation Museum, and downtown Cincinnati, and there were many dining options nearby. The facility has been recently updated and the room was clean and comfortable. I had a special request that they not use air freshener sprays in the room (due to my allergies), which I entered when booking on line. I called ahead the day before, and it didn't appear that they were aware of that request, but they made a note of it and my room was lovely and fragrance-free when we arrived.

The "hot breakfast" was unimpressive, and the breakfast area was small, so often the area was congested and some people were unable to be seated. Maybe they should try a good quality continental breakfast instead that people could take to their rooms when the breakfast area is full.

The woman at the front desk was nice and very professional. It wasn't "exceptionally" clean but it was cleaner than most hotels I have stayed at so for the price I was impressed. Comfy, clean beds. Good sized fridge. Great location, right off the interstate and 4 minutes from the mall. I didn't get to eat breakfast but was told it was a full hot breakfast from 6 to 10 which is later than most hotels. Overall I was very impressed for about $70 on a Saturday.

The only real negative was that the elevator wasn't working, which happens from time to time. Only stayed one night so it wasn't too big of an inconvenience.
