Quality Inn & Suites North Lima - Boardman

Check in was a breeze, we checked in late around 11:30 pm. The person at the desk who helped us was very nice and efficient. The rooms were clean, pillows and towels smelled good and freshly laundered. I wouldn’t judge the hotel based on the common areas, it’s easy to be put out because it’s not as modern or as fancy as some other quality inns that I’ve stayed in. What I cared about mostly though was the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms which met my expectations. It was quiet and I was able to sleep very well.

The common areas such as the lobby smell like smoke and aren’t the most aesthetically pleasing but gets the job done.

Owner Anup was extremely accommodating! I called and explained what I needed and why.....I was coming in from Chicago for a wake/funeral. He was able to give us a an early check in so that we could change our clothes and freshen up since we were arriving only a few hours before the wake after a 7 hour drive! Plus there was a wrestling tournament going on....hotel was packed...he gave us a quiet corner in the hotel on the 1st floor to accommodate my mother! Courtney was so nice! She went and got my mother a bottled water from 2nd floor vending machine since 1st floor was out! Best experience ever at a hotel!

It was a good location for what we needed. Everything was clean and well kept. Plenty of parking. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The staff was so nice and took care of everything we needed. Two females traveling, I never had a moment I didn’t feel safe. Our team comes to a tournament every year in Canfield so we’ll definitely be back!

Everything was great. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Didn't need to ask for anything. Same hotel that we stayed in from RI to IL. Came back on the way home and ate at the recommended restaurant "Steamers" again. Great again.

This room was not as spacious as 1st visit. Was a bit too small for our liking, but will ask for 2nd floor next time. That room was perfect.

We had to travel to town for a family event. Check in was fast and efficient. Staff was helpful and responsive. I need to use a handicapped accessible room and most hotel rooms miss the mark in some way. This room was great! Perfectly accessible, well planned out and clean. I would use this hotel again anytime.

Location was just off the toll road. Fast and easy check in and check out. Offer breakfast.

We had to ask for tissues, tv remote, and ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The tv remote didn’t work for our tv. Once we got the tv turned on, it won’t go off, had to unplug it. Thermostat didn’t work in our room. No telephone in our room so we had to go to front desk for items.

Great staff nice and friendly. Very comfortable beds. Elevator for convenience. Very quiet for being next to state route 7 near boardman.

Broken chairs. I don't think the rug was swept before we got there. Tv bad. You'd be better off with streaming sticks and free tv apps there would be more to watch.

Second stay. First visit very nice. Second not so much. Smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. Strong food smell. Breakfast was marginal. No eggs or toast/bagels. Why have a toaster? Didn’t replace decaf until after breakfast. No room care because of “Covid.” Actually I understand the lack of workers…

The room was nice. The hot tub was wonderful. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was beyond expectations.

There was a weird ringing sound that went on for several hours in the middle of the night
