The breakfast was typical (eggs, sausage, cereal, bagel, waffle) although I was very disappointed that there was no fruit or yogurt. Room was spacious and far exceeded my expectations for a 3 start hotel. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. My husband immediately noticed the large flat screen TV ;) I am normally nervous with hotels that have less than a 4 star rating, but this hotel was better than many 4 star hotels I've stay in. Overall aesthetics were pleasing as well. Happy with my stay.

Carpet, especially on the stairs, needs to be cleaned. Such a simple thing and yet would make a huge difference as it was quite gross. The hotel looked like it was changing over from another brand, so hopefully something on their to-do list. Adding fruit and yogurt to the breakfast would be fantastic too. Although check-in staff was pleasant, there was nothing warm and inviting with either our check-in or check-out staff. Believe it or not, makes a big difference, especially on a weary traveler.

This place is right off the freeway and close proximity to many restaurants, gas stations and coffee shops. It is a rejuventated place under new ownership. There are reminants of the older facility, but nothing that looks shoddy or outdated.

Walking into the foyer there is a musty smell that was present. The front desk seems to be operating with a skeleton staff. Frequently there was no one readily available there. We did not need to see them, but there is something comforting about a friendly face is a new area. Pool is not open and there was no evidence of anyone working on it

The breakfast was good. Hot fresh waffles in the morning were nice to wake up to, and the eggs were nice, very fluffy. The staff were super nice and check-in was a breeze. Also, the price we paid for the room was a really nice value for what we got.

The bed was old and very firm, but we were told that was because the location was being remodeled. I was not enthusiastic about having to put my trash into cans with lids in the dining room. It is so easy to make a mess with the variety you have, and the location was not in a good area adjacent to where they were actually needed.

Room was very good for the cost. Guess that means good value. Bathroom good - liked having the large vanity in bathroom.

I wish they would not have put us by the elevator! I didn't realize how noisy it would be until after we were unpacked and then didn't want to ask to move at that point.

Facilities are being renovated, many things are new. Beds were comfortable Lobby area was well cared for Breakfast was decent Staff was very friendly Overall a good experience with some room for improvement

Sleeper couch was unusable Air-conditioning was loud and set at 54° when we entered Water pressure was non exsistant in shower. Did not point any of this out as we were on a tight schedule and front desk was unoccupied at check out.

The location was perfect very near to the highway so was not a major rerouting. The breakfast was great being a veg there was not much choice except bread and butter. Staff were very good and helped wherever possible.

The only complain I had was the water pressure was too low. Otherwise all other things were fine.

The staff was extremely friendly from the time we checked in until we checked out. The room was exceptional...very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast bar.

the rooms are very spacious I liked the fact that the sitting room was separate from the bedroom and each had a tv. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was similar to other hotels, but was very well attended. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint that I have is very minor. There were no USB ports near the beds.

It was a great value overall for the room size, breakfast included, free Wi-Fi and a pool.

The channel on our TV kept changing on its own. Really annoying! Also, while we appreciated that it was 100% smoke free inside, having the smoking area be immediately upon exit from the main lobby was a bit gross.

I loved the fact that it had a mini apartment set up. This is why I booked the room. I fell in love with it the last time I stayed here. The breakfast!! I was impressed. They had everything! The eggs were bland. No seasoning or much flavor.

When my husband and I took a shower the water kept going from hot to cold over and over again. The TV was on the small side and outdated. It wasn't terrible or anything I just expected more. But for the price it makes sense. If that makes sense lol
