I thought the breakfast bar was great! The front desk clerk/manager who checked me out at the end of my stay was very helpful and hospitable. I became a rewards member, and I will definitely stay here again!

The rear security door next to my room didn’t seem to lock at night. My toilet paper dispenser came loose when I was cleaning the room, but that happened at the end of my stay was no big deal.

Staff was courteous, professional and super friendly. The facilities were clean and attractive. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. The pool looked great although not enough time to enjoy.

We were missing a few items for our room. There was no shower curtain so getting ready in the morning was challenging and we had to clean up water all over the floor. Tissues would have been appreciated.

Our rooms air was already going. One had a small hot tub to relax for our event the following day. Breakfast was great, good selection and nice and full.

I don't know how this could be corrected easily, but for a 2nd floor room, especially with my 82 yr old mother in law in our group, you really need an elevator. But as I said, that's not something easily fixed.

The room I booked was supposed to have a pull out couch in it and set up was a little different than what was pictured on Booking.com. Also my room wasn't clean and ready when I arrived at 330. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all worked together and cleaned room within 15 minutes. Also brought in a rollaway bed for my son. Problems resolved.

The room was clean and comfortable. Balcony was wonderful. Pool was very nice and clean and atmosphere was great. Breakfast was very good and plenty of space. Friendly staff. Hotel easy to find.

Did not eat there. I booked through you being booking.com and when we got to the hotel, we didn’t have a reservation. It turned out ok because there were rooms available but still I feel that I will call the hotel and book in the future. Our daughter lives in Oxford Ohio so we have stayed there frequently. This was the first time that I booked through booking.com so I probably won’t do that again.

Everyone was very pleasant. From the ladies at the desk, to the ladies who did the housekeeping.

When I made my reservation it never stated that there wasn't an elevator for the 2nd floor where our room was, so my husband had difficulty walking up the stairs. They couldn't change our room since we had paid for a more expensive room.

Clean bathrooms, towels, etc. Nice staff. Price is good. Very convenient and close to Miami University. Near the small town center for shops and restaurants. Continental breakfast offered exceeded expectations with warm eggs, waffles, bacon, etc.

The breakfast has a great selection, the pool area is nice and the beds are cozy!

I would have liked a much heavier blanket or duvet on the bed. The hot tub in the room Is actually a second bathtub with two jets, but still a pleasure to enjoy at the end of the day.

We left behind a very expensive GPS watch accidentally. The staff located the watch and mailed it back to us within 2 days without charge. The customer service was exceptional.

No complaints. Great to visit Miami of Ohio University.

Quaint, warm, and cozy. - rooms updated. we stayed here for my daughter’s graduation. Christmas lights , decor all made for a lovely stay. staff cheerful. very clean and good breakfast with great staff.
