Staff was very nice and helpful. My car broke down on my way there (5 hr drive). Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it for Friday night stay. They did charge for that night (which I understand) they updated my stay and gave me a small discount because of my situation. Everything was very clean and breakfast was fresh and good

This BW is very quiet, set back from a moderately busy road, but with a view of Lake Erie (for those on the front, as I was). I enjoyed my stay there again - I think it was my fourth or fifth time.

The wifi was strange, which is not a compliment. When you sign in, IF it allows the process to go to completion, then it's very strong all evening or all afternoon or whatever. But if you stop using it, like going to dinner, it cuts you off. That's not a good feature when a person is staying for five nights. Once you've signed in, the Wifi should remain connected the whole time. Separately, I had to use a special code to sign in. And I don't mean the password. I mean I had to ask at the desk and THEN they revealed that sometimes the router wants you to go to an additional website and get onto their system from there. Wrong answer, IMO. Make it simpler, not more difficult.

I loved the space in the king room. We were in town for 4 nights for daughters wedding, and that gave us some breathing room instead of a cramped space

Trucks with boats parking in back....really made parking back there difficult. Housekeeping just opened door on sunday morning without even a knock on the door. It wasnt checkout time yet, but she entered while my husband was using the restroom....very poor timing. I believe around 9:00am.....if checkout time is noon, and checkin time is 3:00pm......why should i ever have to worry about someone entering our room? Makes absolutely no sense.

they didn't match a price I had on my computer. They only honored 5% off room rate instead of the normal discount of 10% on AAA and/or senior discount. I complained about this on the phone before our trip and also in person at the front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. They offer free breakfast. Although I didn't eat it, it smelled good. I love Port Clinton. It's where I like to stay when I come up to the lake.

The beds was pretty hard and the blankets on the beds were very thin. I had to go get an extra blanket for my daughter.

Staff was friendly , Motel was clean and maintained . Excellent continental breakfast.

Boat Parking with electrical charging very limited, as we were fishing on Lake Erie and needed a charging spot.

How it has 3 full beds in one room. Perfect for my family of 5. Also that it was dog friendly.

Wish you had more food options. Other then eggs an sausage. Wish there was more hot food options.

Michaela was outstanding! She checked me in early and even held the door for me to get my luggage in! Best service I've had anywhere!

I have no complaints at all! This was without a doubt the best hotel experience of my life!

Breakfast was wonderful! Did not expect the freshly prepared items, especially in the off-season and with COVID-related limitations often encountered. The room itself was comfortable, clean. Staff was personable, friendly and welcoming. Location was excellent-perfect view of the lake directly across the street.

Not a thing! Even though there was remodeling going on, it was very quiet.

The breakfast was good and they offered quite more than most. Location was central to everything. I didn’t have to ask for anything because housekeeping left it every day on the door in a bag. I was most pleased how clean my beds and bedding were.
