Breakfast was good but disappointed no bacon or sausage or eggs offered. Room was clean we did kill 3 spiders or some kind of crawly thing in our room. No coffee pot in room.

The view on website kinda wrong it gives the look of you can go from pool to the lake but you can't you have steps that lead down to water but can't go in the water due to the big rocks there it would be nice to have a little beach area. Other then that nice place. The guy working day we arrived not so nice messed things up but we paid the extra just to get into a room.

Manager and owner were very accommodating and so attentive to our needs. The Apt. Suite was pretty awesome, we arrived and they were finishing cleaning the bathroom, the staff was very kind. We originally wanted 3 different rooms, they offered us the Suite, we didn't know what to expect, very spacious, and really cool to be able to walk out your room right to the pool.The view of the lake was amazing from our room. Breakfast area was clean and food was very good. Awesome experience! Close to shopping, lake, jet express and events. Can't say enough about the staff and front desk, always there to help your stay be better. Extra pillows, no problem, towels came more without asking. We are a family of 8 adults, 3 children, and were very satisfied! P.S. Could use 1 more bathroom, Lol! A+++

The only problem was pool wasn't up to par. It had a slight smell and slimy! Could of been because of the number of people used the pool that day. Still highly recommend this hotel.

The. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious consisting of sausage linked, eggs, waffles cereals and beverages The location was the best Lake Erie right in the back to enjoy

The balcony off are room had the Biggest spider’s ever looks like it had never been used or Cleaned off for guest to enjoy it

The view was beautiful . The landscaping is being updated and the staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean. I loved the jacuzzi. I was thankful the reviews I had read were not accurate. I’m glad I took a chance and decided to stay there. If my room were not already booked for an extra night I would have stayed 1 more night.

The decor was somewhat dated. However they are in the process of renovating.

The bed was very comfortable. We loved the lake that was directly behind the hotel. We were happy our dogs were with us.

They had just reopened the hotel. It took a long time for the hot water to heat up. We also had to walk next door for breakfast as they are an affiliated hotel with Comfort Inn.

STAFF WAS WELCOMING AND VERY FRIENDLY. AHMED WAS EXTREAMLY PLEASENT AND CARED ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE THERE. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH A TV ISSUE AND WAS VERY EXCITED ABOUT UPCOMMING UPGRADES TO THIS LOCATION.

It was a few days after the holiday weekend but the amazing lakeside area needed some attention. Just grass and weeding on patio area, lawn furniture needed orginized...but nothing that deterred the beautiful view. Pool needed a little cleaning..nothing major.

no eggs or breakfast meat. Customer service One African-American girl, wonderful. one Asian girl we asked for towels and didn’t get them. Room was not cleaned after first day.

I did not like my first room!My coffee could have been a little bit stronger, but other than that I thank you for my stay and I thank you for paying attention to anything I asked for (as a heart patient I'm very appreciative thank you ) Also I believe the price could have been a little cheaper,especially for senior citizens returning to Port Clinton, that grew up there and went to school there.Lifelong residents.Thanks stay safe. The next question you ask is did the property meet my expectations that answer will be yes and no but I'm good the manager and the staff made up for what I was expecting and for them I am grateful 🥲 THANKS

The view is amazing. The staff was friendly. People who said this place was bad probably stay at top end hotels. This is an older place with smaller rooms but very comfy an quiet. Stayed at castaway bays before here an this is way better. No annoying kids running halls all night screaming an laughing when people are trying to sleep.

There was nothing I did not like

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare, but was still very good and easy to access. The best part was the outdoor space. This hotel is right on the lake, so just stepping outside gave you incredible lake views. There was a gazebo and plenty of outdoor seating. Also very conveniently located.

While it was cheaper than other places, still had a hefty pricetag, so be aware the cost of Port Clinton and surrounding areas. They do allow pets, so sometimes your neighbors will bark at random.
