Very nice and very clean. Good sheets and towels. Nice breakfast and attendant.

We picked this hotel to utilize the, available to guests, electric vehicle charger. An a$$hat guest that arrived before us with a Rave4 hybrid which only takes 2 hours to recharge was already plugged in. We thought no problem since thier vehicle will not be there that long. At 10pm I checked the charger and thier Rave4 was totally charged which would leave us plenty of time to recharge our vehicle. These inconsiderate people left the charge plug locked into thier vehicle all night denying anyone else the ability to recharge. We left at 8am and it was still there plugged in as we had to limp into Washington,PA under limited power to recharge.

The breakfast was fabulous!!! We travel quite a bit for sports and they had one of the top breakfasts we have experienced as a hotel. Rooms were clean. Great location off the highway. We will stay again in the future if we are in the area.

The pool was a little dirty. You could see a film on the top of the water. My only other complaint is that we could hear the beeping from the waffle maker in the lobby. If we had a room further from the lobby I do not think that would be an issue.

Best Western St ClairsvilleInn and Suites is located off the interstate for easy access and far enough away to mitigate road noise. The breakfast was great, as well as the server! She was attentive, polite, and carried on a polite conversation. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spacious walk-in shower. The shower made us feel at home.

The charging station bedside were not functioning and my phone discharged overnight 😑

Very friendly staff. Room clean. I had a king suite and it was large and very comfortable. The price was excellent for a suite.

The hot water ran out after 15 minutes. I heard another guest say the same thing.

The hotel, which appears to have been recently renovated was very clean. Bed and bedding was comfortable. The in room tv was huge and offered lots of channels. i appreciated the in room Keurig plus the lobby has free breakfast. Check in was very fast and staff friendly.

Nothing I didn’t like per se. Our in room A/C however did not seem to match the temp setting. I suspect it was just that unit.

We booked 3 rooms separately, yet the staff put us right next to each other to add to our family time. Breakfast staff were attentive to keeping food stocked, hot, and enjoyable. Grandkids enjoyed the pool after long days with extended family.

The check in staff we had was very friendly.. helped up get the best rate with my AAA. Rooms was very clean, bathroom was spotless, and all the amenities worked as directed..

Due to “Covid” breakfast is limited and if you don’t get down there early enough it’s kinda dried out but I can’t complain but because people don’t want to work. so the staff they did have provided they did very thing they could to make your stay the best.

We chose this hotel because they offered charging for our electric vehicle. The charger worked great and allowed us to charge overnight and be on our way in the morning.

There was a considerable amount of road noise, we addressed that with a white noise machine.

swimming pool was very good clean and warm. rooms were having no problem. I loved it

breakfast could be little better. and out of two three employees, one I felt , was little egoistic. but that could only be my view of a person. overall everything I liked.

Staff was very helpful! My wallet fell out of my pocket in a chair and they called me quickly to get it back.

Air conditioner could have been colder
