Front desk staff were amazing and so accommodating. When we initially checked in we were welcomed with a big smile and she was so sweet and interactive.

The mattress was a bit firm but still comfortable to sleep on. The biscuits this morning were a bit more firm than we like but we used mini pancakes and it still tasted good. Everything else we had for breakfast was awesome and tasted so well.

I have stayed in many Hamptons. This one is the best I have stayed in. I know it is a new motel, but it is in great shape. Everything was clean. The breakfast was by far the best part of the stay. Vivian kept food resupplied and the breakfast area clean and tidy. The food was very good. The night desk clerk, Nate, was great. He was able to answer all my questions about what I was looking for. Having the motel in the mall was a great idea. The beds were also very comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I pass through this area.

The TV service was lacking. Could not get any information on the channels or programs. The scrolling TV guide could not be stopped or backed up.

We loved the cleanliness, the pool, the friendly staff, the efficiency, the decor, the price, comfortable temperature in room, easy to control and quiet, spacious, great amenities, hot breakfast, variety to choose from. It was wonderful to have extra towels to use already stocked in the bathroom. It was nice to have space to place things on tables, or dresser tops, and on the bathroom counter.

I would have liked another bar of soap in bathroom for the shower, there was only one bar for the sink. I would have liked a mat to place on bottom of tub to prevent slipping. I don't really like the sliding door that covers the closet and bathroom. If you are in the bathroom and your spouse wants to get in the closet at same time, you have to wait before you can open the door to exit bathroom. The location behind the mall in the parking lot was ok, the view from our window was the back of the mall stores.

The property was exceptionally clean. The staff was really courteous, kind and very professional. I would definitely come back to this place. Highly recommended!!!

Great location in Mall ring. Walking across the parking lot to the Mall and restaurants was super convenient.

A little pricey compared to other hotels in the area. However, you get what you pay for. Nice hotel.

The property washer clean and well kept. My room was very comfortable.

A sign on the bathroom member said I could request a room refresh if staying more than one night. When I requested this at the front desk, I was told this was not being done on weekends. I was very disappointed.

Not knowing what the rooms looked like we asked for a King and received a King suite. The room was spacious. The shower big, shower head and water pressure perfect. I asked for a top floor and received a top floor. The desk clerks were friendly and accommodating. Made plans for another trip already.

The cost.

The hospitality. People were friendly. The hotel was very clean.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Location was very accessible. I had a child in a wheelchair and it was very accommodating. Room was very large and spacious.

This property was easy to access from the highway, was very clean and nicely decorated. Very nice hotel and the price was very reasonable. would stay again!

I did learn that the next hotel room that I book, I will book for a "Mobility" or "Handicapped" room so the commode seat is more than a foot or so above the floor, I have a painful knee and it's nearly impossible me to use these real low commodes. I our home we changed the commode in our master bath the a "high rise" commode and it's some of the best money that we ever spent.
