I didn't have breakfast- didn't see a dining location even though the website stated $10 for breakfast. Location was great and there were places around we could eat. Most of the front desk staff wasn't to friendly but a big thumbs up to Nicole for her infectious smile, friendliness and caring customer service.

We were disappointed when we got in after 10 pm one night and all the garbage was still in the room, the towels still on the floor. We called front desk immediately and was told rooms are cleaned every other day and we were not informed of this when we checked in. For me, the pillows and bed were to soft so it took me a while to fall asleep.

The hotel was beautiful. Desk reception ladies were super nice. Furnishing and decor were great. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so we can't speak for that.

2 issues: 1. Our sheets had blood stain on them but we did not have time when we showed up to get new ones and we forgot when we returned from the event we went to. So yea I slept on them :( I am sure if we had remembered to ask they would have made it right. Only stayed one night. 2. The doors slamming in the morning, every time a door closed on our floor, ours shook and slammed. They should pad them or something.

The breakfast was not acceptable.....tickets to purchase stuff I would never eat. However , Nicole offered to take back the meal tickets and credit the bill. Nicole and Katlyn who was on front desk when we checked in were both really nice. The swapped out the frig in our room, which wasn't working properly. Both of these young women were exceptional. Also, I have to mention the new bartender Antoinette, in the lounge. She was amazing! We had a great time with her "watching" the OSU game Saturday night. Too bad there is no sound on any TVs.

We had to actually ask for our room to be cleaned and get fresh lines the last night we were there. They did it right away, but one shouldn't have to ask. As mentioned above, sound on lounge TV.

Very clean and in a great location. The staff Nicole and Kaitlin were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I didn't see where there was a discount for military online when I booked the room. I was told that we had the best deal by Kaitlin even without the discount. One of the reading lights above the bed was not working. The sink had a slow drain.

This Hotel is the closest to Otterbein University in Westerville. The layout is very modern and not like other standard hotels. Pool and gym facilities were surprisingly large and modern. The staff was amazing.

There isn’t much we didn’t like about this Hotel. Breakfast wasn’t included but this was clearly communicated and free coffee was available, and food items to purchase.

Great location, Westerville is a lovely town and the hotel is close to third-party amenities and groceries if you are staying long.

The cleaning staff begin cleaning ridiculously early, like 830-900, it was mildly annoying and obtrusive, but not a deal breaker.

Great hotel for business stay.

Deposit was frozen on my card for at least one week after stay vs promised "next working day after check out" - can live with thus but it was a bit of inconvenience

Great location, wonderful staff and very clean. Lots of amenities to enjoy including indoor pool, exercise room and an outdoor patio area. Breakfast is not included but you can purchase something to go. There are also lots of restaurants in the area to purchase breakfast.

Great facility! Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable.

The only thing we didn't like was we left the so not disturb signon our door and the housekeeping went in our room and changed towels out. If we wanted service, we wouldn't have placed the sign. Otherwise a great experience

The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable & the pool table was a really nice touch. Much different and stood out against over hotels.

The lobby smelled a little weird. Not exactly bad but just not a great, normal smell. Not sure how else to explain it but if that’s the worst part of my stay, I can’t be mad at all.
